To be honest, I may not agree with or like it, but I can understand why farmers have to drown their dogs. I understand the need for population control. I also understand that countries have different mentalities than my own.
HOWEVER, what I cannot condone is that she is taking joy out of the act. She doesn't seem to be like the farmers who do it out of necessity, , or the Chinese who do it for sustenance. She seems to enjoy it, she even says "whee".
