  • Lets end this how it started Tom, TOGETHER!!

    AARRGGHH

  • I wonder how John Williams would have composed the part with Molly and Bellatrix...

  • 1:51 NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH!

  • i prefer volie's death in the books, coz its all like everyone's fighting and theyre all happy and shiet.

  • Hmmmm.....i feel like quoting a line from this scene, but which one? ....I KNOW! how about Molly's quote....oh wait, they already did it.....LIKE A THOUSAND TIMES!!!!

  • O.O NEVER listen to this song at midnight...I'm scared that the woman in black's gonna come & kill me now...*cowers under covers*

  • @peaceluvrock1000 dont worry molly weasly will protect you XD "NOT A RANDOM PERSON YOU BITCH" >8-D

  • @peaceluvrock1000 Awkward it's almost midnight now and I'm listening..

  • Best line of whole movie franchise: NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU B**CH!!! Cheered in the theater after that one!

  • Awesome

  • somewhere in this part must have been the scene in the trailer where voldemort has harry pinned against the wall asking him why he's still alive and harry saying he was something worth living for. why isn this not on the DVD deleted scenes section :( :@ i think we shud petition for it

  • I love how, above all people, Molly Weasley is the first person in the Harry Potter books to out-right swear. How ironic.

  • @Nremsley3 It was actually Ron who called Malfoy a two-faced bastard

  • @Nremsley3 Wait no it was Aberforth sorry, He said his dad went after the bastards that did it.

  • I LOVE IT THAT YOU CAN HEAR HEDWIG'S THEME ALMOST AT THE END

  • "You never learn from your mistakes Riddle, do you?" Wish that line was in the movie so bad.

  • I actually think they adapted the final confrontation perfectly on film. In the book, there's like three or four whole pages of Harry and Voldemort circling each other in the Great Hall and Harry explaining why the Elder Wand never obeyed Voldemort. In the movie, they run all over the castle and the grounds and have a little hand-to-hand action, and then Harry briefly explains why the Elder Wand never worked for him. I liked that a lot.

  • @TheLightningmikester hand to hand action sounds kinda dirty XD

  • @mrsraddliffe yeah, I think that's why it's called hand to hand combat

  • @TheLightningmikester I liked it a lot too.

  • i did like that Voldemort actually physically beat the crap out of Harry instead of just throwing spells like he did in the book.

  • @PrinceTrexus Well that is symbolic too because he tried everything to kill Harry and was more than willing to try to use the Muggle method by beating him to death.

  • 2:30 - 2:50 must.. have.. longer.. version o.O

  • @KingHarkinian I'd pay $5 for a 10 minute extension with other music added onto it

  • Comment removed

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial And i'm not even a troll ^.^

  • 2:51 Is the most epic moment oO

  • chuk norris...

  • Most epic part from 2:30 - 3:38

  • "not my daughter oyu b(*&^%"

  • Comment removed

  • Am I the only one that goes nuts with excitement in this scene? I've seen this a few times now and EVERY TIME without fail I just get chills and want to jump up and run with Harry. And when Voldemort starts slapping him, and Harry's shouting about the Elder Wand, and Voldemort's just insane, and Harry's final strength is his Defense Against the Dark Arts skills, and the fact that he's much like his mortal enemy....

The fight was different from the book, but I like having both versions to go to.

  • 1:48 is good

  • Getting this on Blu-ray on Friday! Can't Wait!! :D

  • I think Hallows part 2 was the one Potter film that was better than the books. the Gringotts scene seemed a little rushed, but they stuck to the book for the most part and even made several scenes better than the book and added new ones (like the Chamber of secrets scene) that worked so well :D

  • I love the part at 0:56 when Neville gets up and there's a body flying towards him that is on fire and he doesn't even acknowledge it.

  • Sounds like the Pygmy Attack track from The Mummy Returns...

  • LOL that moment when Harry n Voldermort are flying and Voldermorts like :D

  • @killerazc ya but it was crazy like he was smashing Harry's head into the bricks of the building and stuff it was frickin awesome!

  • the flying scene at the end of this piece was incredible! i think that wasnt in the book, since i haveent gotten that far but it was still epic!

  • stupid bloody JK please write more please i'm lossing the will to live!

  • Come on Tom, let's finish just like we started. Together !

  • what a great title...and song...and movie...and book...and..and...yeah(:

    LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER!!

  • I Remember that i was afraid that alexander Desplat would make this soundtrack to soft...Boy was i wrong

  • 2:18 VOLDEMORT HIT HARRY 2:24 VOLDEMORT DROP HARRY 2:28 VOLDEMORT HIT HARRY AGAIN 2:35 VOLDEMORT ATTACK WITH HIS SPEEL HARRY 2:49 Harry:" Fuck you bitch! lest die togther!!!!"
  • I think that Harry and Voldemort's "flight" was so symbolic in that Harry was not afraid of death, and death was what Voldemort feared most, so Harry knew that Voldemort would rather fly and keep them both alive than allow himself to hit the ground and die. At least that's what I got from it.

  • @MisterUmbridge Hmm I like your explanation!! :) Never thought of it in the death way, I just thought it was really symbolic too, the way they merged together... It really showed how they were similar in many ways, from their "disregard for school rules" to their shared core wands, but still so incredibly different people. Their destinies were bound together ever since before Harry's birth.

  • @Lumi7979 That too! I know I'm in the minority, but I really liked that part because of all the symbolism behind it! And I guess also because I'm a sucker for theatrics ;)

  • @MisterUmbridge Lol :) I liked that part too, it was not in the Canon, but hey, I know I wouldn't like a movie based on a book that represented the book by the letter - that would be kind of boring, wouldn't it? Plus, sometimes it's hard to show on image what one reads on page... ;)

  • @Lumi7979 you are so right!! i keep telling people that there is a difference in writing a book & making a movie! the books are EPIC & they've done a great job & effort at the movies too!

  • @potterati101 I agree, apart from a few disappointing instances the movies and satisfying and entertaining.... The music is mostly amazing, the acting is good, there's humour and the story is (naturally) amazing, and the atmosphere is great and the colours blah blah... I could talk about HP for hours trust me ;) Sure sometimes it's better to read the books, I am the first to point out some discrepancy (lol) but still I often get this feeling, "hey I want to see PoA or OotP" or something :D

  • @Lumi7979 well yes its really hard to satisfy everyone but still for me they've rocked it!! even i can talk about HP for hours but its just that i don't have many friends who listen to it lol! :D

  • @potterati101 Haha me neither... Most my friends think Harry Potter is dorky :( I am really jealous when people make banners or groups on fb about Harry together and I have pretty much just my bf and an old friend to share all that with (we kinda grew up reading the books and seen the movies, HP was sort of what brought and kept us together, but now we've drifted apart a bit) Still I will always regard HP a huge part of my life even if everyone turns against it... I just LOVE it so much :DDD

  • @MisterUmbridge so basicly voldemort diddent want to die, harry diddent care and voldemort wanted to kill harry for himself... so voldemort sort of saved harry...

  • @MisterUmbridge Wow that is awesome! I never looked at it like that before. Thanks!!!

  • THUMBS UP IF YOU THINK OF YOURSELF FIGHTING VOLDEMORT WHEN YOU HEAR THIS SONG

  • I think the part where Harry pulls Voldemort off the ledge and they fight in-air was my most favorite scene of all time. =3

  • HARRY POTTER WILL LIVE IN THE HEARTS OF ALL WHO TRULY BELIEVED IN THE MAGIC OF HOGWARTS

  • NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BOOM INTO HARRY

    NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA VOLDEMORT HIT HARRY

    NYHAA! A MAGIC TO HARRY

NYHHAAAAA HARRY TAKE VOLDEMORT AND JMUP WITH HIM TO THE LALALAND

  • "NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH!"

  • @MrBerrillProductions Aw yea! Loved Molly then! I was like "Holy crap! You go Molly!!! xD"

  • 0:52 Polyjuice Potion from Deathly Hallows Part 1.

  • kinda funny how harry cant die. Quirrel tried it in the first movie thrice, and the troll he let into hogwarts, harry didnt fall out of the flying car, didnt die from the whomping willow, and i dont wanna even finish this cause he was close to death many a time. Geez.

  • @ilovefrenchhorn35 Yeah, but he's Harry Freakin' Potter :)

  • '' If Voldemort is building up an army then I want to fight!'' Well Harry you got your wish.

  • Very "Williams" at 1:15 - 1:32

  • 2:48 - end Feels like the music has come crashing down as an AVALANCHE of EPICNESS

  • 2:43 vamos Tom,terminar isso do jeito que começou.......JUNTOS!!!!

  • @leobaastos im sorry but its just better in english, especially since their british

    no offense

  • this scene was a bit irrelevant. they couldn't fly together :S they should film the scene like it was in the book, in front of all in the Great Hall. and when Voldemort died they shouldn't break him in pieces but as a proper human he was ( well proper isn't the right word but still he was a human) he should have died normally in the film. also it would be more touching if there were students near to scream out of happiness for this end.. it seemed like it filmed it in such way to impress :S

  • @Will0j2 i think the duel in the book was too short, and kind of dissapointing, I'm not saying that this one was awesome, it could have been better

  • @JACNtv Seven books weren't enough? It wasn't about the duel. I think Jo wanted it to be more like "Ha Tom you can't kill me but I can kill you easily!" sort of thing.

  • @calumpotterwilson in those seven books they only dueled like twice and besides,it's a movie, it's supposed to be like that ,if they made it like the book a lot of people would make fun of it

  • @JACNtv true it was short..maybe the movie makers wanted to make it epic, but at least for me, was a bit dissapointing the fact that he broke into pieces, like belatrix. i enjoyed moly saying "not my daughter bitch!" but i would like to see belatrix being frozen out of fear when the spell shot her and lying down dead.. but whatever the movie was great and had a big success :)

  • @Will0j2 I think voldemort breaking apart was good, bellatrix was just plain cheesy, and nagini should have been there dead, not turned into smoke, but youre right :)

  • @JACNtv i didnt like voldemort turning in2 pieces of paper, he is supposed to fall backward & lie there dead.

  • @musicandcupcakes28 he wasnt SUPPOSED to do anything, you cant expect the film to be just like the book, the film(s) could have been better if it wasnt a slave to the source material, like prisoner of azkaban, if they were done well, they could have been like lotr and won many awards

  • I'd like to say something. I'd doesn't matter that Harry's gone. People die everyday! Friends, family, yeah. We lost Harry tonight. But he's still with us. In here <3. So's Fred, and Remus, Tonks, all of them. They didn't die in vain! But you will! Coz your wrong! Harry's heart did beat for us, for all of us! And it's not over! Harry Potter will live on forever in the hearts of all of those who truly believed in the magic of Hogwarts! :) xx
  • @2armylife AMEN!

  • I'd like to say something I'd doesn't matter that Harry's gone People die everyday! • @2armylife i <3 that scene! go neville!!!!!!!

  • @ClubPenguin7705 yes and the way you move your wand if you put it to the front there will come an stupefy

  • @ClubPenguin7705 yeah its called a nonverbal spell they studied it ALOT in their 6th year

  • @ClubPenguin7705 Oh, so shit went wrong I presume XD But Petrificus Totalus shields you right?

  • @mac19971 only if it collides with a spell thats about to hit u. and in the movie bellatrix was paralyzed and then molly did ANOTHER DIFFERENT spell to kill bellatrix

  • @lbblur What spell was that then?

  • @mac19971 idk... never named in the books. but its very similar to the Reducto spell which was a curse in movies but a charm in books

  • @lbblur OH, never even thought of that spell. That curse DOES in fact blow enemies up.

  • @mac19971 Yup

  • @lbblur Aye.

  • @ClubPenguin7705 Well that's a thought. But Avada Kedavra does not turn people to dust XD

  • @ClubPenguin7705 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! *crashes into buildings* lol XD

  • @ClubPenguin7705 I beg to differ. Because Ms. Weasley did not say it, and when the green electric Avada Kedavra curse hits you, you just fall flat on the ground paralyzed for all eternity. But Bellatrix turned stone cold hard, and then blew up. Kinda brand new killing curse if ya ask me XD

  • @flubberdoodl17 Yes, that's exactly what I meant!! Finally they didn't use their wands, It was a real fight.....you couldn't have said it better

  • 0:50 Go Neville!

  • Not my daughter you BITCH!

  • The music at 0:50 -- anyone else think it sounds like the music associated with Fred & George and their joke shop?

  • @Gubbywubby nope, its perfectly suited for neville :)

  • There was a bit cut out of the final version of the film, y'know when harry is tied up in Voldemorts weird magic robes, it doesn't show how he gets out, it just jumps to Voldemort bitch-slapping Harry. Voldemort was supposed to use his robes to bring Harry close to him, grab his face and say 'Why do you live' and Harry says ''cos I have something worth living for' - you saw that bit in the very first Deathly Hallows trailer, then voldemort trys to use the elder wand and it throws Voldy backwards

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial yeah they cut it due to pacing reasons, but it is a deleted scene so we should see it on the DVD or internet from December onwards

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial Extended edition.

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial Yeah this part is still in the video-game.

  • @Xyrgra lol i know, i got the platinum trophy within just over a week of having it, don't ask me how...

  • when you told snape that wand was failing you it will always fail

  • "come on tom, lets finish this the way it started, together!" voldemort: oh no he did not! haha (he called him tom)

  • Come on tom! Lets finish this the way we started it! TOGETHER!

  • 0:50 This. Is.. HOGWARTS!!!!! >8O

  • @mac19971 the best part of the whole soundtrack

  • @TheCombine07 Damn right : D

  • Best Harry Potter EVER MADE. Hands down..

  • Bellatrix's death was, lets say, a bit strange. I have no friggin' idea what kind of killing curse Ms. Weasley use on her XD

  • @mac19971 Its Expelliarmus

  • @Daitalion12321 Expelliarmus? Isn't that a disarming spell? Molly is one weird unusual witch XD

  • @mac19971 If You Look Closely,Before She Finished Bellatrix She Pointed Her Wand And A Color Red Is Show From The Tip Of Her Wand

  • @Daitalion12321 Yeah, she used the disarming spell (Expelliarmus) to blow her apart?

  • @mac19971 Yep

  • @Daitalion12321 Molly is WEIRD. NO ONE EVEN DOES THAT TO THEIR OPPONENTS WITH A DISARMING SPELL XD

  • 1:52 : Not my daughter,you bitch.

  • Why do you live? Because i have something worth living for.

  • why do you live? beacause i have something even worth it

  • 2:13 bye Bellatrix! :"((

  • 2:52 This part was so amazingly epic. Harry and Voldemort struggling together inside this black smoke thing, crashing into towers and such. When Voldemorts face merges with Harry's its just so chilling and symbolic at the same time. Love it.

  • Whenever it goes all quiet, it's the part with Nagini. EPIC

  • I don't know about you but I loved the part when Harry is beaten by Voldemort, It was like the magic wasn't enough..........................EPIC, FABULOUS

  • @cristilouvre28 I totally agree! Some people hate the fact that Voldemort touched Harry, because it seemed wrong, but as a fan there was nothing more gripping than seeing Harry just...slapped and strangled. It shows Voldemort is literally on the breaking point, and his Death Eaters have abandoned him, and he is insane, and this time they didn't use magic...and they were both just desperate, and it showed them as equals, and it shows that they are, creepily but interestingly, connected.

  • I liked they way they did this part. It was cool how Ron and Hermione were fighting Nagini while Harry and Voldemort had their showdown.

  • "Not my daughter you bitch!"

  • 2:13: Bye-bye Bellatrix! Sniff, sniff, sniff :">

  • is this the one that plays on the trailer?

  • man, if Harry wasn't... Harry, Voldemort would have absolutely destroyed him in a duel lol.

  • 0:50 Neville was hilarious in this part he's just like returning to consciousness and like "oh hey look there's the sword! Let's go kill a snake!"

  • @ViKKiOriginaLCoveRs I just had to laugh at that scene cause neville awakes and it's all slow-mo and a burning cape flies past him. shots like that always make me giggle, but it was awsome!!!!

  • "Not my daughter you bitch"

  • Let's finish it the way we started, in my bedroom! :D

  • I love how Harry still calls Voldemort Tom. Refusing to show him that much respect...I like to think its an insult when he calls him Tom.

  • @phillyfanmatt In the book, Voldemort is horribly offended by the lack of fear from Harry.

    Voldemort: You dare-

    Harry: Yes, I dare.

  • @phillyfanmatt Like in Order of the Phoenix when Dumbledore says "It was foolish of you to come here tonight, Tom."

  • Come on Tom, lets finish it the way we started, TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @dwadeMVP100 Nyeeeeeeaaaaaagggghhh!!!!! (not in the film, sadly)

  • @dwadeMVP100 He didnt even go nyeeeeaaaaah

  • @dwadeMVP100 NYEAHHHHH!!!! :D

  • @dwadeMVP100 That line doesn't even make sense

  • @dwadeMVP100 When he did that it looked like Harry was going to kiss him!! Like in Get Smart!!

  • @dwadeMVP100 NNYYAHHHHH

  • @Epicocitygaming LOL! But he says that a lot doesn't he!

  • Best showdown ever.

  • This Is The Best Soundtrack I Have Ever Heard! Alexander Desplat Should Get Oscars In 2012 For The Background Scoring Of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2! :-D

  • I wish they never showed Neville waking up and grabbing the sword. I bet it would have been even more of a surprise if he just suddenly was there at the right time

  • @ADMediaEmpire I actually agree. I mean, it doesn't make me love the movie any less, but it would have been awesome because no one would have expected it at the time it happened. Still great, though.

  • @ADMediaEmpire They filmed it, it's on the behind the scenes footage, but it was cut.

  • @yonythemoony What the hell are you talking about? It wasn't cut I saw it in the film! He woke up and looked at the sword, which pretty much made you think instantly, oh right he's gonna do it (not like I knew before, I took a total guess he'd kill the snake eventually. I loved that snake.

  • @ADMediaEmpire When Neville gets up it's on the film. But the scene was much more longer.

  • That final showdown was simply epic!

  • Long Live Harry Potter!

  • That was great. 5 more fucking days!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is perfect for the final showdown!
