Well, that's not entirely true.

But I agree that the pairing just isn't as sound as Cloud and Tifa. It's more like pairing Yuna and Shuyin. Yuna felt attached to him because Lenne's feeling were working through her, they weren't hers. I think Zack's feelings were flowing through Cloud at that point, because he definitely felt something for her. Otherwise he wouldn't've felt so guilty. =]
