best rpg ever? cant say but its a candidate for sure!
but most addicting game ever? possibly. when this game came out i had to make a rule to try and not play early in the day cause if i started playing then it was basically guaranteed that the rest of the day belonged to skyrim.
also dark souls is one of my personal favorite RPGs of all time. it might even be higher up than skyrim really.
either way 2 of the best rpgs ever came out in 2011
its huge i keep of main quest, i like wondering of paths and getting lost , found group walking to a wedding followed 4 miles pickpoked then nick a horse
oh yeah ps3 does not have better textures than xbox you just cant download the disc thats why if you do certain mechanics are taken and lvl 81 is max with that there are 256 perk soo u cant get them all plus console is at constant frame rate EheM I mean xbox.
@TheKestevon no cycling through menues and waitng a pre determined amount of time before any of those button presses even take affect, not being able to attack enemies how you want is a shitty battle system, poor poor JRPG fans your genre is dying out and you are overly up set about it
@XboxLikeWater though the scope in Skyrim is more limited than it's prdecessors it isn't neccessarily a bad game, it simply creates a more user friendly game, though I do miss the complexity of Morrowind
@XboxLikeWater I completly agree it seems Bioware is doing the same with their games, look at ME2 and Dragon Age 2 as examples, the only rpg I'm looking forward to as of late is Kingdoms of Amalur, it looks to be a good evolution in the genre while unlike the failure that was the Fable series
@XboxLikeWater It seems Bioware made great games up until they were bought by EA, I still want to see a true sequel to KOTOR not this money grubbing MMO crap, I really hope rpg developers don't go the marketing route of COD, but with all the half assed sequels being released it seems that might be the case
