Of course he did. That's the one he's famous for, but not this one, so this is his "second song". (Actually, I'm almost sure he had a third that charted as well). That's why the comment by Jack Paar, "Name two songs..." was clever but also rather nasty.

Yes, I agree. Also, I had forgotten he wrote this great song until you mentioned it. He wrote some really nice songs that aren't too well-known.
