@GlowingBlur Yeah and it doesn't help that he said he wouldn't like to come back to the series. But, It'll be the 50th anniversary soon. If they go for the whole "Past Doctors" thing again, he BETTER get his ass back on that show. No doubt if they do managed get him back, he would most likely be the highest paid actor out of that whole cast...I mean sure you got Tennant but he's a man who I imagine would come back regardless because of his love for the franchise.

You do hear it every time Bad Wolf comes up or when particularly mysterious things are happening with Rose, which is why I thought it was specific to Rose for the longest time. You don't exactly hear it when Martha or Donna are around, so...

@wantcookie Bad Wolf is a message sent by Rose, as seen in the final episode of season 1, all around time in order to remind herself that she must do THAT(Don't want to spoil anything, the story is FANTASTIC). I'm assuming it's to create a fixed point in time that must always happen; Rose, having the power of the time vortex could do this

This gives me massive chills every time I hear it. It makes me think of ALL of his regenerations, not just 9 or 10; Hartnell, Baker, Pertwee, McGann... The personality may change slightly from each regeneration, but this haunting theme still sums up the Doctor as a whole perfectly to me: Lonely, mysterious, full of forboding and wisdom and burdened with so much forbidden knowledge that sometimes he wishes he never had to carry. And ultimately, he knows that he'll end up carrying it alone.

well they had to change eleven because we all loved David and if anything was remotely reminiscent of him then we we all go "i miss david," not "this new guys not bad."

So everything was changed, and its been a whole year and we have moved on, very reluctantly.

Matt Smith is actually pretty good, just David was better (had the charisma and presence).

But lets just enjoy this awesome music which was played in basically all episodes from start of 9th doctor up to end of 10.

@Jason9811 That would've been absolutely lovely, but David turned down a lot of money (which RTD essentially was using to bribe him to stay on the show) and turned down another season. He wanted to quit while he was ahead, so to speak. Still, I think he would've been ahead for quite a long time...

While I like that I can watch this on Youtube, I've never really understood when people say "no infringement intended," because you obviously don't own the copyright, so you're infringing, and unless you uploaded it by accident then it was intended, right?

@UHYVE no there's a law about "fair use" which is annoyingly always ignored by youtube. This person isn't making money from uploading it, they're not using it for their own gain, and they're not claiming it as their own work, it's just up for the entertainment of the viewers. That is classed under "fair use"

Otherwise every single video on youtube would have be deleted, save for the ones that are original
