well done.. id practice is one pitch higher.. at this pitch the band needs to do alot of embellishment. you could even sing it a step lower. and get into the crawl that works for your look.

As a professional musician/teacher/conductor etc I must comment upon this girl's voice.
This is, by far and away, the best cover I have heard of this song.
A beautiful tonal quality to the voice, a very rich instrument. Tuning/intonation spot on.
I would gladly pay to listen to her. If she ever comes over to the UK - I'll be first in the queue to see her/be in her backing band!
Loved the breath control and phrasing - a natural. She is a beautiful girl too. I wish you the very best of luck.

TromboneJ-thank you. Jamie has been singing since she could walk. I remember hearing her for the first time at church when she was 9 and thinking "Wow, that was amazing!" She comes from a family of singers who perform on shows from all over the country. She lives and breathes music. It's too bad she hasn't been discovered but she is very happy singing on a show here in Missouri. She's humble. ;)

Thanks - she's not the finished article... yet. Some of her diction and phrasing need polishing. But nothing too seriously wrong here. She has a natural ability that no amount of training can give her.
Think about breathing and vowels - classical singing training can take off those rough edges then....
... get her on national tv!!! Somehow, anyhow. America's Got Talent, Pop Idol, X Factor. Anything
