Your statement is invalid. As for what the in game speed actually is, who knows when it comes to someone modifying the data files. =] I will say that if he knows what he is doing, and fully understands the files he is modifying, then it may very well be 150mph-155mph for in game speeds.

@anjingkepala3 Im not sure, but i know the 5770 supports DX 11 and has limited memory bandwith. The 260 only supports DX 10 but has a wider memory bandwith, meaning it could run higher resolutions better than the 5770. I know the 5830 costs a bit more but it would be a better choice, due to having double the memory bandwith.

if you have a good CPU it should play ok. wont be able to max it out but should be playable at higher settings with a quad CPU.

CPU = processor. like intel core2quad or amd phenom x2. no video card exists yet to max this game but with a GTX 285 2GB video card and intel corei7 CPU it should run pretty smooth.

If you use patch 1.01 it's disabled normally. You can alaw press P to toggle on or off. In 1.02 there is an option to keep it enabled. Finally because i like the post processing.

that's exactly it. the definition option also adds motion blur and depth of field. Makes far objects blurry while close objects are clear. Definition is ok but very plain.
