Man just imagine if these tours were played like the police we all know, just a bit close but these horrible performances werent even near. I would of loved it if they would of played this song like the original with andys cool solo using the sythn on guitar, this was just weird. I would of loved it if sting brought out Brian his stand up bass and just jameed hard and fast, he could of done it, look at the stones, this was slow and dorky.

This is horrific, being a true police, this was like seeing a bad cover band, this was not the police we all know, just rich older men set in there ways. The sound the police is known for is gone in this, listen to the police doing this song in the early 80's. I realize they are in the 50's in this, but look at the Stones they are all like 60's 70's and they rock the same way they did in 1980. The police could of just look at some old footage and say we will play close to that way, but no!!

Anyone who thinks The Police have lost ANYTHING...I was fortunate to have gone to their concert at Shoreline back in '08. Let me tell you, that place was more packed than I have EVER seen it. You could see on the lawn...there was absolutely no room except to stand. And this is a band that's been around since what...the 70's. Let's see how many of today's froo-froo fad groups last. Oh ya...I was more than happy to pay $200 for my ticket. And that was more than half way up the stands!

I think The Police was a good band back to the 80's Sting sucks as a singer today and U2 is not the same band that is was. There is a point of not return after you reach that point you can't create more!!!! The police is the proof, and U2 can' make more songs like back to the 80's

I like the sound of the old police, his voice is way old and out pitch if you compare other bands, like U2 the difference in between is that U2 kept playing on and on and they are the best of the best!!! The Police was great but today they need more sound!!!!!!!!

I have seen the stones three times. two of those times they sucked BAD!!!!! To say the stones are still the same is crap. Be Real this was horrible,the police are older but they could have played the songs the exact same. They sounded nothing like the police I grew up on, andys guitar the sthnys sound The police during this tour were not the same police from the 80's I know their older but look at the Stones, they have the same exact sound, the police during the reunion tour, they sounded like a wanna be cover band and the songs did not sound anywhere near the same, just rich men set in their ways, no desire!

Seems like when some people make money they change and the creativity is no longer their, its sad but true, dont lie to yourself, but the Stones those guys are awesome, they still bring it 100%, and you have to respect that. All the police had to do on this tour was look at some old live footage and say we are old cant move like that but we can play our songs like that, instead they played for the yuppie loving crowd.

Listen to this song from the 80s live and compare, I know their older but the song from beginning to end did not have the style, the synthesizors in the beginning were not their, the loud synths and just the style, could of come slose even though they are older, just did not care or try, money!

This song sounds very dorky, they could have been slow still but have the same sound which true fans wanted, even the everyday fans wanted. I think a big part that does not make all these songs good is the guitar andy played, his style is nothing here like it was in the 80's, it did not have that hypnotic sound he had in the 80's, Andy set up the tone of all the songs and sting always had that voice. It is a shame andy did not have that style on this tour, it wasnt the same police of the 80s

You are exactly right, it is sad to see this, I personally glad I did not go this concert, but I feel like the police could of tried to have their original sound, andys guitar could of had that sound he is known for that echo, and sting could of used brian his stand up bass for this song like in the eighties. They could of still been lazy and old just try to have that original sound, seemed like they are trying to appeal to todays sound which is dull and boring.
