  • Let me preface this by saying my 50 is 20:30 and I recognize that your engine is considerably stronger than mine. Here are som bad points then some good points I saw.

    BJ hips must open all the way. JPU- come down to full extension on the elbows. K2E- palms out. WB- train wreck until the last 20, even then your depth was extremely questionable on over half the reps.

    I like how you shook your hands out on the walking lunges. Smart. Nice doubles. Good push on the burpees.

  • Is that the proper way for the jumping pullups and does the knees to elbows need to be done this way or from the dead hang?

  • Original way to do knees 2 elbows. I am not sure what to think of them, doing the active hang with your biceps is quite heavy, but the ab work amount is way lower since your elbows are out and accessible. Why do those instead of 'proper' dead hang knees 2 elbows?

  • Your face looks dumb as fuck after you get your ass beat by a crossfitter

  • @rch09c i said the same thing man but if you're an athlete and you're training and you want to be in better cardio vascular fitness, you have to implement crossfit into to reach a new level.
