im no pro, and i don't pretend to be, but i had the same problem as the guy kicking the bar, so tell him not to pull the pole into him as early... wait till you're fully inverted and then pull the bar towards you... instead of flinging you round the side of the pole you'll go up even moar! yays

how old the kid next to u and how high were yall going. there a guy im fixing to go see in a week or to but he has a pit in his yard, i only use a 12 foot pole and waiting tell i can get a longer one because im gripedat the very top at the 12 one now

thats tight well u we do have some pretty competize polevaulters out here buta i work at it alot and i didnt start to vault tell 8th grade last year. and evry one else stated at 6th and 7th grade buti cought up now, how long is your pole

I am a senior this year, and undecided about where I am going to college. 11' is great as a freshman, I didn't even get the chance to jump in the 9th grade. The pit is at my coaches house, i think it is someewhere around a $20,000 facility altogether
