Because FIRST you must apply Magic patcher NOT first mods.

it increases your FPS by maybe 1.5-2X

I dont have now Gta IV and Akash's drivers are for Windows 7. I have XP couse i don't have much ram (2 gb).

In game after 5:00 am game is deacreasing about 5-10 fps ;(. On about 23:00 is increasing 5-10 fps. In first mission time is aout 5:30. So its 5fps...

UPDATE2: !!! I've end work to delete texp70 now patch works!. BUT on the lowest settings fps is the same ;( i don't know why I turned off reflections but real it's on... Shitty ported game. The chipset is too worst for the patches...
