Only in Japan, they find a way to eat a hamburger like this.

Hamburgers are supposed to be grabbed by both hands, take the wrapper out, throw it on the floor and eat as fast and as hungry as you could get. Fork and knife?! Like I said, get your hamburger with both hands and open your mouth as wide as you can and start chewing, with your mouth open if possible.

as for my manners i'd unwrap the burgar and place it on the plate and cut it one by one into bite sizes and poke them with the fork.
