nah, its not. u need an account with AT&T and if u try to uninstall the sim or anything, it will basically shut down and u cant really do anything more than the internet. it also tuns the YouTube app off when u do that.

Simple. They "forgot" the zoom ability, so now they can advertise it everywhere when they release new OS with the zoom. Same as video recording.
