  • the sound is horrible

  • Core training is the most over-used catch phrase going in rehabilitation and personal training. However, simply stating "research" says something isn't good enough. If you reference it as a reason for believing, give the article and author for others to read themselves. Information is often times bent to freely to justify points not intended to be made.
