Core training is the most over-used catch phrase going in rehabilitation and personal training. However, simply stating "research" says something isn't good enough. If you reference it as a reason for believing, give the article and author for others to read themselves. Information is often times bent to freely to justify points not intended to be made.
Great video. As a personal trainer who doesn't use bosu or wobble boards with the general population, I feel like an outsider in the industry most of the time.
