No, everything worked and Santa and the train are at the top, but this video was only 17 seconds, the entire show is 15 minutes (and was completely rebuilt and modernized from top to bottom 2-3 years ago).
Were the Santa lights broken? I remember there being Santa and his sleigh at the top from previous years. (Guess nobody wants to change those bulbs :p)
