I really like the way you do it, I'm from the country side in Argentina and love indian food but we don't have a single Indian restaurant in at least my 900 km way to the capital city, I made my own Butter Chicken similar to yours but add 1tbsp of cinamon when frying the onions and also some grinded Ginger, and some fresh coriander at the end! Happy New Year and good luck
@k1ndyn1c3 You can use heavy whipping cream or half and half. It's up to you. Just go a little a time and adjust to your taste. Once you go too far, it ruins it and will be too rich. Sometimes, if I'm out of cream, I substitute sour cream...just turn the heat off at the end and stir in a spoonful of it.
