The characters creators stand-up satirized the black ghetto mentality. So the movie is just a visual illustration to his (Robin Harris) stand up. It shows stereotypes as a way to educate. Sort of showing someone a mirror and saying "THIS IS YOU!" White people do it all the time. But when black people do it, its racist. Whatever. End of the day, the movie itself was AWEFUL! When it could have been closer to something like The Boondocks. Still, the subject matter was controversial and very real.

The media is evil!!!" types, but as the practice of cinema changes, so does the actions of people. although it is not entirely as community driven as they try to portray it, it is still proven to have a major role in the actions of the individual, which affects the society. it's like music and slang
