  • i love pointless youtube arguments. Just read the sate of them below. You're all mugs for falling for it!!!

  • No, its like this, heavy weight lower reps gets u stronger, lower weight higher reps makes you bigger.

  • Yeah but if you do 6 or less that is for strength gains, not so much for mass. Use a bit lighter weights and get 8-12 reps for ultimate mass.

  • youv'e got it all wrong.

High weight low reps for mass. light weight/high reps for lean muscle

  • Uhh no buddy, you will NOT gain as much mass if you do low reps with high weight. For mass, 8-12 reps with heaviest weight with good form. Don't argue with me wank.

  • do some research pencil neck.

    Honestly. Do some research.

  • I have dumb fuck, with a name like teatime crumpet I should expect you to know absolutely nothing about this subject you faggot fuck.

  • Dumbs asssss lean muscle is mass, don't think people would weight lift to increase fat mass. For definition you need cardio to remove the fat and make muscle viewable and to increase firmness and endurance you need to do 15-30 reps. I would say huge increases in size is also dependent on diet, so to avoid and achieve tone it keep calories at a deficit, don't do weights everyday or to much sets, concentrate on body weight exercise and do cardio

  • there's a difference between mass and density.

    go back to grade school

  • true, fat takes up a greater amount of mass than muscle!!! For Muscle to grow and take up more mass it must first increase in density!!! Get potty trained then consider forming opinions.
