Why the f**king hell did they shot themself by creating the 9th season? This was the perfect ending. It was absolutley perfect! Don't think wrong of me: I liked the 9th and I would have enjoyed more episodes, but creating a 9th season destroyed the perfect finish. That's so sad. Especially when you mention there was no ending in the ninth season, it just died crippeld on the street...

one of the main big reasons they made a season 9 was because bill lawrence wanted to give the production crew another year of work. because of the economy at the time, alot of them wouldnt have jobs after season 8. he also said that you cant take season 9 along with the rest of them because it was gonna be almost a different kinda show. he even knew that some fans wouldnt like it, all he asked was people at least watch it.

@gorimpich actually it was because they wanted to make another series of scrubs called Scrubs: Med School and season 9 was to lead to that but Scrubs: Med School was never produced because ABC didn't feel it would get many viewers because J.D. wasn't a main character anymore which would obviously lose a bunch of fans.

they did season 8 to gently transfer JD out and the new interns in, and than they finnaly made it happen in season 9, sadly we fans did not like to see a scrubs without a JD, janitor, kelso, ted, elliot or carla so they were forced to give up after that season

I am not the person to cry at an ending of a show but this episode made me cry especially when JD went down the hall way of sacred heart and you really saw everyone that walked through those hallways who was rememberal. It made me cry. The one thing i wish is that his final day dream comes true not like his other ones. The episode made me remember how the show got sad at times but it lifts you up in the end. Some how!
