Yes, they are very nice indeed and because its on a ship it is a very nicely maintained elevator. I also like how KONE does a great job on all of their marine elevators.

Yes, Kone marine elevators are considered to be very high quality and well built.

Well I think they need to be because this ship holds a whopping 3,634 people and needs to move them so many times a day without missing a beat. Schindler also makes maritime elevators which I saw on another ship I was on.

Well their building an even bigger one, which can carry 5,400 people and will have KONE also. Otis does not make maritime elevators and ThyssenKrupp showed interest but backed out.

What is on 2 and 1?

2 is passenger cabins, a movie theater, and a conference center. Deck 1 is pretty much crew only but when the ship is in port, its where we depart/get on the ship. There is also a medical center on that floor but Deck 1 is pretty much for crew only.
