@purehaloman8334 Do the quest Monkey Madness, then afterwards you'll be able to gain around 20k exp in attack and constitution, and 30k exp in defence or vice versa should you choose so. However being level 56 and inexperienced, you may have a lot of trouble with the quest Monkey Madness.
