The majority of documentaries I have seen say it was Polish Hussars and other lance infantry which charged the battlefield. Either way, it was the Polish charge that broke the Turkish army. And btw, Germans do look very different, not all have blonde hair and blue eyes, some have black hair brown eyes, some even have red hair, the facial make up isn't always similar. The majority of documentaries I have seen say it was Polish Hussars and other lance infantry which charged the battlefield. Either way, it was the Polish charge that broke the Turkish army. And btw, Germans do look very different, not all have blonde hair and blue eyes, some have black hair brown eyes, some even have red hair, the facial make up isn't always similar.
