If you pause it at 1:46, you see the Loctite Zexel Skyline GT-R, The Calsonic Skyline GT-R, and the Nissan R390 GT1......but what's the other group C looking car in the frame off to the right?

It sounds a bit like a Ferrari V12 engine.

But since this is probably a "nissan only" event I'm probably wrong.

Found it. It's a Nissan NP35 with a Nissan 3.5 V12 engine. :D

@topchancer they were trying to make it compatible for NASCAR races somehow... don`t know excactly why, but i read it somwhere.. :P

thats because these cars develop more power at lower rpm.

i'd say the maximum power is at about 7000rpm, but these engins can rev up to 8500.

so it would be ineffective to rev it to these heights, if it's just as fast or faster, when shifting at lower rpm.
