  • Hi kris,

It costs the US 700 million dollars EVERY day to import the oil that is burnt even at the current temporary low prices.

Soon the price will be back at $100/barrel then it will cost a billion every day.

  • Nuclear power plants smaller than a garden shed and able to power 20,000 homes will be on sale within five years, say scientists at Los Alamos. This is an article in the Guardian UK. Also check Drudgereport.

  • Wow it is getting dark! The energy diet has begun.

  • Thank god Obama is soon to take over. I wish he would take over now, cause the Bush Administration has done 0 about our energy situation.

Note gas in my area is less then $2 a gallon. Even at the price it is kinda creepy to see the filling stations doing marginal business. I have been filling up all the vehicles I have in my back yard to store gasoline. If you want to store gas, put Stabill in it otherwise it will go bad and turn to varnish inside your tank and engine. Just FYI

    Great vid Kris

  • Duh, I meant six bucks a gallon...

    Keep it up... kris

  • Know what kris, I hope that oil does go up in price. I have tried desperately to share this message, but the urgency is not there. At 6 dollars a barrel I think it might catch on a little better.

Your vids are great, peace be with you.

  • Good one, Kris!

Hard-hitting facts, all delivered with a mix of humor and mild shock factor, and done in rapid-fire succession.

  • right on. plus she's ultra-cute, and her smile is renewable energy. 5* me too. happy degrowth.
