As far as I'm aware it's not a copyright issue if you insult someone, or if the copyright owner thinks it places them at risk. That's his fault for placing all of this on youtube in the first fucking place.

Great video mate, DPR has an opportunity to send a message to all the False DMCA claimer's by taking down Venomfangx, and showing them that the DMCA is not a weapon to be used to censor people.
