  • I'm not sure who should be more embarrassed: WotM for using Glen Beck to prove a point, or Glen Beck for being on WotM.

  • Funny. During the american revolution was the time where they put the christian church away from the power. ahahahhahaha!!

  • This was funny....however now that I think about it. I have never met a satisified, happy atheist. They are always cranky and cynical.

  • One Free Nation (((Not))) Under God

  • One Nation (((Not))) Under God

  • Christians. Rejecting logic, reason and common sense since 325 c.e.

  • @cchris000043

Dude the point of a timeline is that everyone can understand when the hell your talking about. BC and AD have been around for while....get over it. Don't hate history, embrace it. My words of wisdom for the day.....

  • @777Luluseven What makes you think I hate history? BCE/CE are replacing BC/AD in many areas of science. I use it because it has no connection to christianity.

  • Can't you just pray that the Atheists stop all their nonsense.

Oh wait you have tried that already and that is why you are on here !!

  • Nice job clipping together random things about religion and putting them together to form the delusion that religion is everywhere in the media.

  • how do atheists not want christians praying in public

  • Why'd you leave Obama out? You racist birthers.

  • Pull the plug on atheism?? That wouldn't be doing the same thing you goofy christians are accusing us of doing? If your religion is so strong, why do you insist on flaunting it in government arenas such as schools and city halls? What's wrong with your damn churches and your own living rooms? We don't shove a lack of belief in your faces, so leave us alone.

  • Wow how incredibly arrogant of you. Couple of things, you say protect your liberties? When Liberty is the name of a pagan goddess who by being in the harbor of NY, breaking the first 2 commandments! There are many beliefs in god and not all of them are of the xian god. Sadly you disgrace our nation by putting religion in our gov and disrespecting the freedom of religion. There is nothing wrong with a navity on gov. property, h/e you can't just have gov. represent only 1 religion& not the others

  • well the original actually didn't contain any god in the pledge of elegance and I know this and I am Australian, and actually Atheists only don't want nativity scenes on public property e.g. out side a government building. The handing out of bibles is that they don't want that happening in public schools. Also why would you want to believe the pagan festival of bringing in a sapling to your house to keep the magic of spring for next spring. Think about these things Christians, Just think!!!!!!!

  • PART 4

So without any irony I say God Bless America and keep the faith and most of all behave yourselves.

  • PART 3

It is clearly beneficial to have faith to be content. To not believe takes an intellectual effort that not all of us have. The majority are unable to cope with the concept of being good for goodness sake. A society without faith will lead to civil unrest among the lower orders, I therefore support Christianity in the same way I support the idea of giving up my last banana to a mean Gorilla that I’m lock in a room with overnight.

  • PART 2

Even various religions had to struggle and cope with a changing level of increasing sophistication of their believers. Once it would be pious to burn sad old woman as witches when the harvest was bad. Today even a Christian knows this is due to weather patterns.

Life is like that always changes that question dogma, but one thing many atheists do not realise is that we humans may have evolved had wired to believe in something.

  • PART 1

I would as an atheist support any religious group - I believe as our early ancestors evolved into modern humans they evolved the ability to think as sentinel beings in stages, as it is logical to ask questions before answering them, the Gods came into being to fill the gaps and resolve unfathomable questions like where the Sun goes at night etc.

  • America is a secular nation, this means that under no circumstance are government and religion to mix.

  • Ok... now when do you say how you're losing freedoms?

  • Wow. They don't even TRY to get their facts straight. Where did they get the 90% number. That's WAAAAAY off from any statistic I've ever seen.

  • @jerm138 It probably "wasn't intended to be a factual statement" :-)

  • @jerm138

They don't say 90% Christians, they claim these people believe in some sort of god. 10% of Americans are atheists seems pretty factual to me.

  • @jerm138

They don't say 90% Christians, they claim these people believe in some sort of god. 10% of Americans are atheists seems pretty factual to me.

  • Well, considering how you think praying is the best way to do anything, no wonder someone managed to get the bible out of public schools. At least he actually DID something.

I'd like to see you pray to fix the rest of the issues you have with atheists. That sure will prove effective. ;-P

  • @CarlosMarti123 Well bully for you, you've doubled the number but you're still underreporting it by five times now. Atheists (those who lack belief, which is not "just another belief"), agnostics (who also lack belief and are also atheists whether they admit it or not), secularists (those who are "not religious," i.e. who are *also* atheists), unbelievers, freethinkers, and any other euphemism you care to use all fall into the category of atheists. Go ahead and split hairs if you must, Sparky.

  • @CarlosMarti123 Where is your supporting evidence for that 1.6% statistic of yours? It is wrong by a factor of ten, and even you could look up the original polls to discover this; there is this thing called "Google" that you may have heard of...

  • Evil lunatics...

It is part of your constitution to have separation of church and state - that means NO religion is allowed in government legislature or allowed to be preached by government representatives - Teachers, Judges, Police, etc.

and btw; I am an atheist but I love christmas - fun festival in the middle of winter, nothing religious about it for me - just reconnecting with family and friends.

  • @all4atlantis Can you tell me where the phrase "separation of Church and State" appears in the Constitution?

  • @CarlosMarti123 It's just another way of describing the meaning of the First Amendment, which says among other things "Government shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." It was paraphrased from Thomas Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists who were being persecuted by another xian sect at the time, where he told them that there is a "wall of separation" between government and religion.

  • @hznfrst Is the phrase in the Consitution?

Just answer the question: Yes or no?

  • @CarlosMarti123 If you don't see the equivalence between that wording and the one in the 1st Amendment then you are no longer worth talking to - and you haven't won the point by insisting on exact wording; it's a common and cheap trick used by lying fundies everywhere. You're like a bunch of 3rd graders thinking they've scored points while everyone else looks at you shaking their heads at your brainlessness and lack of class.

  • ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION

  • ...Or, you know, admit that this is a pluralistic, secularized nation, and admit that in comparison to nations that are not secularized (Iraq, for example), we're doing pretty damn well despite all the "negative" atheist influence. God has no place in the American government; things like "Under God" in the anthem or prayer in school are DIRECTLY AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION. Push this crap in eastern europe. Not here.

  • @ThinkingReality No, they're not against the Constitution.

  • @CarlosMarti123 Hmm... Howso? Think about it for a minute. By institutionalizing prayer or calling the nation under god by its official slogans, the government is showing favoritism towards one religion. This is against the very first amendment of the constitution.

  • @CarlosMarti123 Oh and by the way, what about Jesus's command to pray alone, huh?

  • @ThinkingReality Yes?

Perhaps you should familiarize yourself: learnthebible*org/public-prayer*html

  • @CarlosMarti123 Fair enough, thank you for informing me about that.

  • On the other hand, Theists are denying us liberties.

  • Pull the plug on Atheism? Right. That's like Homo Eructus saying "Pull the plug on fire". Atheism in inevitable. We are evolving and getting smarter and disposing of ancient fallacies. Religion's days are numbered. Soon our children will look back in disgust and wonder how, with so much potential, we deceived ourselves for so long with a belief in imaginary beings. Religion is an embarrassment to our intellectual development and history. I choose to think, not follow.

  • @TheThinkingAnimal William of Ockham, Nicolaus Copernicus, John Napier, Francis Bacon, Johannes Kepler, Galileo Galilei, Rene Descartes, Blaise Pascal, Robert Boyle, Gottfried Leibniz, Isaac Newton, Leonhard Euler, Michael Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell, Louis Pasteur, Lord Kelvin, Georg Cantor, Max Planck, Freeman Dyson, Francis Collins, just to name a few, are ALL Christian Thinkers. Your point is?

  • @CarlosMarti123 I already made my point. Perhaps you should read it again.

  • @TheThinkingAnimal Yes, you said Religion is "an embarrassment to our intellectual development and history," and I showed it's not, even if you sadly excuse yourself with such ridiculous statements.

  • @CarlosMarti123 No Sir, you did no such thing. You have provided a nice laundry list of people who have made great contributions, but they were flawed. Clearly you would agree that nobody is perfect.

  • You would so much love it to be a theocracy eh Yanks? Well, go to Iran and check out what one nation under "god"looks like.

Atheists must be pretty elite if just one managed to get prayer out of schools. Imagine what twenty could do!

  • 2 things:

    1. Of course the crazy dumb christians would put glenn beck on their video

    2. "there are all sorts of different ways that pastors can touch people." (we know. i hear about it on the news every other week)

  • I'm not an atheist because I'm bitter. I'm an atheist because I don't believe in god. Do you understand? I mean I know scripture says that I'm giving my heart to sin and the devil or whatever. But that doesn't mean its true. I live very moral and happy life and I'm atheist. I'm living with my mental handicap aunt helping her around the house. Yet I'm going to hell? and you guys aren't? even though you guys are JUDGING and bashing a group people who don't think like you!??!?!? Pretty weird.

  • "Atheists are doing all they can to deny us the liberties we have to worship " Translation "people who do not believe as I do are doing things to make me not able to things according to my belief." what? Bigot comment of the century. Not to mention its a flat out lie. Look at how christian these guys are. Thank god for Christ though! you don't have to be held accountable for your actions only Jesus does.

  • pull the plug on atheism and become a christian? thats why you would call a suicide...

  • I do not see anything atheists openly denying christians worship...i do see christians calling atheists unpatriotic citizens and devil worshipers

  • I'm an atheist and I love Christmas...

  • Theres a big difference between praying in public and the constant onslaught that xtian fundamentalists are pushing onto us and our children via secular taxpayer institutions.

Pray all you want, just don't expect me to pay for it.

  • I have no issue with anyone praying in public. Nor w/a church having a nativity scene/the ten commandments on their front lawn. A child can read their holy book & pray during their free time in school. A group of children can do so as well. I take issue with the federal, state, and city employees leading such events & public lands being used for religious displays. We live in a pluralistic society. US government cannot endorse/censure any religion(1st Admendment) it's to protect your rights too.

  • Atheists aren't denying you anything but discriminating people with other views.

  • Every time I hear someone say "America was founded as a Christian nation", I want to punch them right in the trachea. Obviously, they are convieniently ignoring some of the clauses in the First Ammendment, or any number of quotes from the founding fathers.

"Lighthouses are more useful than churches."- Benjamin Franklin

"Christianity is the biggest scourge ever shone on man."- Thomas Jefferson

"This would be the best of all possible worlds if there were no religion in it." - John Adams

  • @dksilentbob You're 100%, absolutely correct. How do people that are so jingoistic not know that many of our Founding Fathers were critical of Christianity. Jefferson even created his own bible where he cut all all phrases that he thought were rubbish.

  • You confuse the desire to not be forced to follow your doctrine with concern about what you do and believe in your own space. There is a difference between hating your religion and not wishing to follow the specific doctrine.

  • under God was added to the pledge in the 1950s. It was NOT in the original pledge and doesnt indicate which God you mean.

  • Hmm I wonder who did that poll? lol then again christian truth is a VERY gray area.

  • "They hate Christmas." That is the most stereotypical lie ever. i love Christmas, and so do all atheists I have ever met.

  • @HaveFaithInScience In Northern Europe "Christmas" doesn't even have anything to do with Christianity.

    We call it Jul.

  • @DeeWox Exactly! Christmas never had anything to do with Jesus! It was a pagan holiday that the Christian church adopted to convert pagans, Jesus's birthday was not even in December! In fact, the bible condemns many Christian traditions such as the decoration of a tree inside your house on Christmas (a pagan tradition from Saturnalia).

  • @HaveFaithInScience "In fact, the bible condemns many Christian traditions such as the decoration of a tree inside your house on Christmas " Not quite and you're being way to specific even if you can attribute Jeremiah 10 to Christmas trees. That verse does not mention Christmas, inside a house, nor does it condemn the practice. It simply labels it "vain" and it's debateable at best as to whether Christmas trees fall into the category that it is talking about.

  • @thewayofthemaster While I was referring to that verse, my point still stands. Christmas was never a Christian holiday. It was modeled after the Pagan celebration of Saturnalia and adopted to attract Pagans to Christianity. Jesus's birthday was actually moved to correspond. The act of bringing evergreens into ones house was an act of Pagan "witchcraft" which was believed to preserve the life force of nature during winter. And the bible clearly condemns Pagan practices.

  • Wait I thought America was a god. It establishes its own laws, authority and values. Facts: Japan 1852 - 1854 Japan trade agreement with Perry. Internment camps for Japanese Americans 1942. Iran contra affair in 1986 and Nicaragua contras. Slavery of African people 1776-1865. Dismantling of the American economy by Ronald Reagan’s administration. Project blue bird 1950's. Installment of the Shah in Iran 1953. Yes truly a nation under God there are more facts but I have a 500 word limit.

  • I guess the world doesn't revolve around Christians after all. Shocker.

By the way, what if the local mosque started handing out Korans in a public school? You'd fight tooth and nail for their right to spread their message, right?

  • How selfish of the Christians. This is a perfect example of their narrow-minded viewing of people that aren't like them. Very wrong that they think they rule this country.

  • Why are there so many different Religions?

  • Atheists will never take God, Jesus, or any star from the U.S. flag away from me.

    BEAR DOWN ARIZONA!

  • Why do these people think that if you want to revert to the original Pledge of Allegience prior to the McCarthyites adding the "under God" phrase, or to disallow official school prayers in government-run schools, or display distinctly Christian religious symbolism on government property, that one is an atheist? Isn't that a little narrow-minded? Most people they describe like that simply have a better understanding of the Constitution, and are not offended - or afraid of - religious pluralism.

  • "Atheists are doing all they can to deny us the liberties we have to worship God in public. Will we let them?" Really? How so? Seems to me I can't throw a banana without hitting some church sign that tells me to repent or go to hell... You guys forget the establishment clause?

  • If it took one Atheist to get rid of prayer in school, why cant millions of Christians put it back? Even if it was unconstitutional to begin with.

  • @bigdaddyaen NO ONE took prayer out of school... you can pray all you want... you just can't have school led prayer... get a grip!!!

  • @bigdaddyaen keep in mind... your rights end where mine begin and vice versa

  • You mispelled "Doros, King of BIlthem," Thewayofthemaster

    Doros is the ONLY king

  • Atheist hate Christmas? Not a chance! I loooove christmas!

  • @amandasupak I do hate Christmas. Because the katholics stole midwinter and changed the name to Christmas to get more "sools".

    I do love midwinter. :)

  • Atheists make LOUSY suicide bombers. God as a concept of being an all good, omnipotent and omniscient being is pathetically self contradictory. Religious people are a bunch of sheep on opium. Reason and action beats faith and prayer. Too bad Christians are inept at logic.

  • i dont care how many people you have in the government that are christians, i dont care if 99.9% of people in america are christians that doesnt mean its a christian nation, this country was built for everyone not for the christians

  • @zubestr America was built by Christians.

  • @DougCameraMan Im not sure what you are arguing for or if you are even trying to agrue some sort of valid point, but are you really that proud of enslaving the blacks and killing off the native americans to build a mediocre country where some people get some of their rights promised to them

  • @DougCameraMan Really? What history books did you read? Oh right, the bible. Please read some different books Doug!

  • @zubestr you are absolutely right, But it was built on christian beliefs Thats why it was the greatest country in the world. Now since the people think they can run this country without counting on God watch how we slowly drop to the bottom of the totem pole. Now that right there my friend is Biblical.

  • @zubestr You are correct this country was "built" for everyone as long as everyone is Christian.

  • @zubestr Get rid of your anger! lost stubborn angry empty atheist!!

  • @zubestr All amino acids in proteins are 'LEFT-handed', while all sugars in DNA and RNA, and in the metabolic pathways, are 'RIGHT-handed'.homochirality

A 50/50 mixture of left- and right-handed forms is called a racemate or racemic mixture!!!!. Which life cant USE!!.there is ZERO chance of RNA forming by chance or on a primordial earth or even under amazing conditions in labs.and ZERO chemistry to support it..all we do is copy information, thats not creating anything!!

  • If over 90% of you Americans believe in God why are you afraid of a few puney little Atheists?

  • @plasticmax9 As it said in the video, it only took one atheist to take prayer and bible reading out of school, and we don't want those 10% to take away from us the liberty to worship and love him, as it says in the video.

  • @IrinaR7 Yes I suppose why wouldn't be frightened of rational thinkers.

  • @IrinaR7 and the video LIED!!!! You can pray in school... it's nonsense like this that really ticks me off... you can pray all you want in school... you just can't have school led prayer... seriously... do some homework!

  • Funny that God isn't mentioned in the US Constitution, nor is the Bible quoted anywhere therein. If our rights come from a god, no man can take them away. Except, of course, George W. Bush who took away fourth and fifth amendment rights from prisoners in Gitmo.

  • @PeopleMustAct That is very christian like of you to break one of the 10 commandments while supporting your religion...

  • @Telecasterpunk

Nice one to imply that I am stupid enough to be a Christian.yet, I believe that being a Christian is smarter than being an atheist.I mean, at least they believe that someone created the universe

  • @PeopleMustAct I didn't not say anything about your low level of intelligence....Rather, I pointed out the hypocracey of your statement "Fuck atheist" When analyzing this statement I saw how you were supporting religion. However, your "holy book" says the following, "Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers." Quite ironic how you sinned while supporting the religion.

  • "In 1963, it took only one atheist to take prayer and Bible reading out of our schools"

That's pretty damn impressive if you ask me :P

  • @PeopleMustAct

When religion dies the world will be a much better place for it.

  • This made me lol.

  • God is the only thing giving value to your currency right now, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT remove that sign from there unless you want an irrepairable global financial crysis.

Oh, and we hardly need more ways for pastors to touch people, especially children.

  • does this offend anyone else? Bitter Atheists?? EXCUSE ME

and where did this 90% figure come from?

....well i guess they have been lieing, brainwashing, and corrupting people for 2000 years, whats one MORE little statistic ?

  • The 1963 Supreme Court case they reference does not take any rights away from students. The Court simply decided that public schools cannot force students to partake in religious activities because that would be an unconstitutional government endorsement of religion. Students are free to pray to God and read the bible in school, and they will always have that right because it is protected by the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.

  • one nation under god in the pledge: against the constitution and not part of the origonal pledge. only reason it hasn't been removed is because christianity holds too much sway over the government, making the government at least slightly unconstitutional

90% believing in god counts for nothing againt constitution

you are still able to worship as you like

protesting mixing of religion and state: as it goes aginst the constitution. the constitution is the highest authority on law in america.

  • Im atheist and I like xmas. but the exchanging gifts tradition was not part of xmas as pagans and others were doing this in winter time long before the christians adopted this.

  • "under god" was added to the pledge of allegiance in the 50's. The US was just fine before "under god" was added to the pledge and it'll be fine if its taken out again!

  • Reading the comment's below made my IQ Drop below average :S

  • I wonder why ratings have been disabled... DISLIKE!

  • this video is stupid, christians take away our right, not the other way around. they need to stop playing the victim. also, about 85% of us are christians, not 95.

  • im an atheist and I had no idea i hated christmas. good thing this video is out there to tell me otherwise.

  • The reason people stand up to religious fundamentalists is because its invading their everyday life when it should not be [first amendment] means that the government cannot endorse any religion or lack of religion, so anything that is paid for through public funding [taxes] means that it must respect the first amendment. Public Schools happen to be under this category, that's why people are asked to leave to pray since NOT EVERYONE is following a deity.

  • They hate Christmas. This made me laugh so much.

Everyone, the Atheists want your children! We must stop them!

Continue worshipping your imaginary friend, it doesn't phase me any.

  • Comment removed

  • This doesn't happen in Japan or Scandinavia, and they're better off than us. Does God love atheists more or something?

  • We should all do a little soul searching about our famous motto. In the Bible, it states that “In the beginning, God created Heaven and Earth”. Surely, God did not approve of the oppression of his Native Americans. We cannot be held responsible for the mis-deeds of our Founding Fathers, but we could set the record straight with our motto, by changing it to read: “IN Truth We Trust”

  • who was the atheist who took bible reading out of schools in 1963? I will worship him forever thus breaking the 1st commandment in the process.

  • @nitrorev386,

    Ha-ha - brilliant. I think I'll worship you.

  • I'm an atheist and I HATE CHRISTMAS MORE THAN ANYTHING!!! I also like to kick kittens.

  • Sniff, the power of prayer...

Not so wondrous for an 11 yo named Kara Neumann whose xian parents chose the power of prayer over modern medicine. For 30+ days these xian wack-jobs prayed & all the while Kara became weaker & weaker (on acct of untreated diabetes) until she went blind at which point, still being alive, this terrified little girl wud have been able to hear prayer being recited however she wud have also been too sick to even move.

    And then she died.

    The 'power of prayer' indeed.

  • @1:37

keep clicking this time link every 2 seconds

  • "two hands at work are more useful than 1000 hands clasped in prayer."

  • i love x-mass lmao! and if u wanna read ur book of out dated primitive storys at reses or lunch time go right ahead, but not wen our tax dollars are paying teachers 2 teach.... lmao this was and will be the most biased clip i have ever seen in my life

  • Well I guess I'm glad I don't have cable.

  • 1:35 "There are all sorts of different ways that pastors can now touch people"'

I thought it was just the preists that were touching people.

  • Atheists: we are making a mistake trying to get "under god" and "in god we trust" taken out of the pledge and off currency. When we try to do something fair, we get accused of attacking religion.

Instead, I think we should be a little more radical. Let's seek to change the currency to read "in no gods we trust" and the pledge to "under no gods." Maybe if we really start acting like jerks, people will realize when we're being rational and fair.

  • One nation under God? More like one nation under the federal reserve and military industrial complex.

  • Why should there be bible readings in public schools? Fuck that shit no one is telling my kids to talk to an invisible man in the sky.

  • Jeezus loves me, this I know, for He really likes to blow, on a pecker not a puss. He's just one big fucking wuss. Yes, Jeezus loves me! Yes, Jeezus loves me! Yes, Jeezus loves me! For the motherfucker told me so! Pass the plate!!!

  • Why has everyone gone Jesus crazy? I don't care what your religious affiliation is but I have no personal interest in God or Jesus.

I know many fine Christians however it doesn't make me want to join up and bow down.

Keep your religion out of our government. Many Christians I've met are insane.

Look at Sarah Palin. Speaking in tongues? Oh, Whatever. What a disgrace that woman is.

  • One Nation Under...the SPAGUETTI MONSTER?

Im not American but: In American Atheists i trust...they will stop this religious crazyness.

  • only 1 atheist a some stupid thing called the constitution! btw atheists love christmas we just realize its for fun only

  • @bird661 MILLIONS people have been murdered by atheist governments. That is an inescapable fact. Wurmbrand was tortured for being a Christian. The cruelty of atheism is hard to believe. There is no restraint from the depths of evil that is in man. The Communist torturers often said, "There is no God, no hereafter, no punishment for evil. We can do what we wish." "I thank God, in whom I don't believe, that I have lived to this hour when I can express all the evil in my heart."

  • @snigglefritz12345 what about all the catholic priest that have sex with kids, or th roughly 2,000,00 people they killed in the crusades or the thousand who died in the witch hunts. Can you guess what Roman catholic said this. " "Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord.". Thats right good old God fearing Adolf Hitler.

  • @wishshewoulddome What about the Catholic priests? Just because someone claims to be a Christian doesn't make them one. And your Hitler quote? Anyone with half a brain cell can see he was not a Christian. Anyone with two brain cells can read the quotes that the maniac made where he wanted to tolerate Christianity until he could destroy it.

Compromise. Grow one entire brain cell before you post again.

  • @snigglefritz12345 I would suggest re reading my previous post, Hitler was a roman catholic not a Cristian . The point of the post was to show how many awful acts have played out in history in the name of "God". "God" was actually one of the catalysts that lead to the persecution of the Jews. Now I'm curious are you trying to tell me theres a possibility "God" messed up and did not give me a brain? How could he create everything and then forget my brain? do i have nerve cluster instead?

  • My dad is older than the "Under God" part of the PoA.

    also, fun fact:

Jesus was born around 4 B.C. lulz

  • All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian, or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit. "Thomas Paine"

  • Will Christians ever begin to follow the instructions given by the god of the holy book they love so much? "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you." Matthew 6:5-6

  • Lastly, America is NOT a Christian nation. A large number of our founding fathers were deists and atheists (including Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin).

  • I find it ironic that the people who are trying to deny us atheists our own religious freedom are complaining about our defending our own freedoms. Of course we don't want bible in schools just like you don't want Qu'rans in your schools. Just like you don't want to hear one nation under Allah, we don't want to hear one nation under God.

Stop this hypocritical bullshit, we are the ones being attacked. And we are not trying to attack your rights, only defend our own.

  • When this country starts handing out bibles in school im going to start handing out Korans and and Pagan spell books just to piss these guys off. :)

  • No, Daft boy, "humanity" is vicious and vile by nature. How about those enlightened atheists in France killing thousands of people, or Mao, or Stalin, or... No, you have nothing but the moment for your alleged morality. How do you define "betterment"? You'd love to kill me because of your foolish, faulty and dangerously ignorant misunderstanding of God. That would be for the betterment of humanity, since you have no standards. Keep on misusing the Bible to dig your grave deeper.

  • @snigglefritz12345

Ever hear of Confucious? I follow his philosophy of "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Also, if you view humanity as sick and vile, then you truly have my pity. You seem to forget the charity humans do to one another. My definition of betterment is simple (not for you, maybe): Improve the lives of others, in any way you can.

P.S: I would never kill you, even if I had the means to do so, and I'm offended that you even proposed such a thing.

  • Something I find hilarious is the way atheists, who have no moral standard other than what feels good at the moment, judge the Christian-ness of Christians? Based on what? God? The Bible? By doing so, you're tacitly admitting that they are real. You've just been shot with your own gun.

  • @snigglefritz12345

First of all, we (atheists) base our morality of our humanity. I will not commit actions that will harm another human in any way, unless it is for the betterment of our race or the betterment of a population. Also, I base your "Christian-ness" based on the Bronze Age nonsense you refer to as Holy. Im pretty sure it says something about loving thy enemy and not judging those you clearly do not understand.

  • @mecher3k

Two things I hate most in life are the pathetically stupid, and liars. You appear to be a combination of both.

  • Atheists, like other leftists, are so full of insanity, they have no idea that they are engaging in projection. Look it up, Skippy, it's a psychological term. I can't count the lies, deceit, misquotes, fabrications and outright stupid statements that atheists have made to me over the years. Agonizing.

  • Atheists don't want to take religious freedoms away from anyone. Atheists just want people to keep their religious beliefs out of the government and not attempt to impose their religious values on the rest of us. Religious freedom protects an atheists nonbleief just as much as a theists belief and is just as important to the atheist. You can pray in public and have nativity scenes if you want as long as they are not sponsored by the government. The claims in this video are lies by cowards.

  • "they hate christmas."

LOL, this channel cracks me up.

  • Let's point out some errors, shall we? Arrogant atheists are vindictive, obstreperous and deceitful. They really hate former atheists that become Christians. William Murray, son of bitter, hateful dead atheist Madelyn Murray O'Hair was the tool of her crusade to get prayer removed from schools. Nothing like letting the loud minority take charge, huh, atheists? Guess what? William Murray is a Christian, and his organization is fighting atheists who are removing the rights of Christians.

  • @snigglefritz12345 LOL your comment cracks me up! Ignorant christians are the ones who are aggressive and deceitful. Like how they misquote Ablert Einstein so that they could say he was religious or how they have to rely on slandering Charles Darwin's good name because they have no evidence for creationism. Atheists aren't trying to take away the rights of anyone, they just simply want the government to treat their beliefs just as fairly as they do with christians.

  • @snigglefritz12345

"They really hate former atheists that become Christians"

    None exist.

Hahaha!

  • Ray is a LIAR. I have NEVER met an atheist or heard of and atheist who wants to take away the religious rights of others. Atheists understand that the right not to worship includes the right to worship. Ray is a LIAR.

  • I mean what can you expect, its Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort, i plead a challenge to any who can find a more idiotic duo.

  • And if the Christians had the nation they would suppress my right to pray to the Greek Gods so please forgive me for not taking your side Wayofthemaster.

  • I don't know of any atheist who wants to try and prevent people from having nativity scenes or praying in public. All we want is for our tax dollars to not go toward promoting someone else's religious beliefs at the expense of ours. Do you really think this is unreasonable??

  • If christians want there right to public warship or prayer they must allow all other religions and belief system to do the same ( atheism). In my opinion the public school is not a place for religion that is what bible schools, Sunday school and church are for. It states very clearly in the constitution that this country was NOT FOUNDED on christian beliefs or values. Also the "under god" and "in god we trust" was an add on to the pledge and money in the late 50's.

  • Also, we're not stopping you from going to church, that is private property. You can do whatever you want as long as you're not killing people or breaking the law... you guys technically haven't killed anyone yet (small isolated cases, though), but you are breaking the law. :)

  • Also, when our Governor (Georgia) prayed for rain, I was expecting him to break out in a rain dance.

  • @FlyingSpahghettiMan Stop picking on people in need

  • @mpar777 When was I picking on people? I am a Georgian, and the water issue wasn't big at all. The funny thing was when it did rain it killed people, and everyone praised god for the rain.

  • I was expecting to see Sarah Palin.

  • The first 1:47 of this video could easily be retitled: Montage of American Stupidity.
