  • Interesting. I know this days, that noone can even imagine, how huge bussiness Yager family has! They achieved awards, that somebody even can't in countires, where they have never been. Last weekend I saw check with 3.9 milion $ for them. Amway is Dexter's purpose on planet Earth! GO 66 FAA!!!

  • @TheDoomgrim hahaha, yup i saw that check. showed a co-worker a founders diamond bonus check a couple days before that. He was in total disbelief, then, showed the yager family bonus check. and don't know what eh must've thought i think it upset him more than anything. haha. blow out. Dex is my upline to the 9th power. or super great grandpa. Dif. LOA

  • @TheDoomgrim all i know is, had he not showed my upline double crown the business, at least a hundred thousand pple would have a lot less to live for right now, and the future of their families would be a lot more bleak. some1's gonna want to criticize this post, but i'm gonna be too busy showing the plan to notice. #toostuborntoquit

  • @TheMrivas13 you quit yet?

  • @insanehooligan lmao, wonder how many other fools he found to join the cult lmao

  • Dexter rose above direct distributorship in 1967 by starting his own tools business. I should know because I idolized him for 5 years of my young adult life. It is known today as InterNET services and he refuses to share profits outside of his family members.

  • Why was Amway closed down in the UK. Were our government regulators in fundamental error, or mere "Naysayers" and "Dreamstealers"?

Google "Marketing company merely selling a dream" (the clue is in the title)

  • This in no way excuses the insidious and pernicious nature of Amways synergistic relatonship with the AMO's. The FACT remains that the overwhelming majority of aspirational, honest and decent people regret their Amway involvement, This is the bottom line.

  • The difference between Dexter and the average person, His DREAM. It was bigger than most, and did what 95% of people won't do. Get out of their comfort zone. 2-5 years of uncomfortable as opposed to the 40-60 year hard labour plan, who is the winner. To have the rest of my life back, I'll do everything required to build a successful business. Awesome leader, having built the biggest I think that is proof enough that the idea works. Get of your butts and take control of your own rescue.

  • To understand this business you need to live it, you need to participate, you need to listen and read the information objectively with a discerning mind. As you would any other career opportunity you choose. Don't believe everything that is said from pro Amway and anti Amway. Use your own brain and make informed decisions.

  • How can an Amway distributor or IBO get rich on selling tools when the Corporation does not pay you on tool sales.

They pay you on business building and product sales. The tools are like resources in any other successful business. If you produce tools and market them then why shouldn't there be a profit in it to reinvest.

Yes it is true most people who join Amway do not get rich. But they do very well if they apply themselves.

  • @eaglefree No, not really.

The tools sales Scam is perpetuated by key Distributors. They hive off and retain all the profits, yet their massive downlines distribute the "tools" throughout the unpaid IBO grunts-on-the-ground.

    It's a simple concept, really.

Hence the seminars/Rallies/Functions etc, etc are about promoting a) "The Dream" and b) "The System" as this proven methodology makes a small percentage of Players EXTREMELY wealthy through exploiting the aspirations of the many.

    Any Q's?

  • @steveh777ify Thanks for that steveh. Are you speaking from personal experience as an Amway distributor or IBO? I am and I gained much more out of my participation. The tools and seminars to some are seen as an expense. For me they not only helped me build a good size organisation of IBOs and Clients they also set me on a path for success in my "traditional" business which really changed as a result of my own experiences as an IBO and the "personal development system" TOOLS-cost vs investment

  • @eaglefree Yes, I understand that completely, and would agree that any Amway involvement can have a positive influence due to the ongoing motivational fixes offered by "the system", but it is incidental and peripheral to the Amway Corporate Lie that has perpetuated for decades. I can safely assume that you "failed" in Amway, but can appreciate that you had subsequent success in a traditional business.

I suggest that ANY disciplined motivational programme can reap identical benefits.

  • @steveh777ify . Actually I have been and still am successful in my Amway Business. You speak about the tools scam and the Amway Corporate lie. The tools and the amway business are two separate entities. Amway sell products and services. The tools are a development vehicle created by the lines of sponsorship not the Amway Corporation. Just a mere detail.

  • @steveh777ify You are also correct that those who develop and produce the tools for sale downline will make profits - why shouldn't they however the big money for all IBOs is in the sales of AMWAY products and services - without those sales there is no business - at least not one that will survive long and as you and I know AMWAY has been around for decades. I don't know how the tools support system was promoted to you. For us the it is optional. We chose to use it.

  • I love how the title of this is so wickedly misleading :P

Dexter is quoting someone else, and he's quoting it to prove the point of rich being subjective

  • LEARN THE INSIDER SECRETS OF THE SUPER WEALTHY !!

    30billionaireschangingtheworld dot kom

  • shut all your mouths up you idiots i met dex yager and he is very very nice he lives on lake norman and his grandson is my uncle

  • @candyandchocolate724 Did he try to molest you?

  • Amway is a Corporate Cult. End of. So much polarised debate, when all anyone with half a brain needs to do is check the IBO earnings, which are a matter of public record. (They are pitiful) Hope this fully clarifies???

  • Oh, sorry for bursting your bubble sentro, but just because somone makes as much money as he does doesn't make him some evil bastard that's working with the company to destroy people's buisnesses.

  • To say that no one makes money in Amway is simply foolish. To call it a cult, well all I can say to that is go educate yourself about the company.

  • @monsterSPIDERS Dude....shut up. Just please, for the love of god shut your pie hole. Tell the stupid 'Educate yourself' line to some poor average Joe you meet on the street, who has absolutely no idea what this crap is all about. Don't try to feed this none sense to people who were actually THERE. Doooh!

  • Nobody makes money in Amway and now that they are taking away the "tools" and Dexter is betraying his own groups by letting them do it, no one can make any money at all. He led them all down a path, got his money and bailed out. Screw the people.

  • @carrielodestar You're stupid. And you say this because you probably NEVER successfully worked this business.

  • I gotta give them credit though. They do a great job of not answering the original question and changing the subject. My upline trained me to do the samething, I now see where it originated!

  • Amway is a cult. 100% straight up cult. They will tell you no matter what job you have that you are not a sucess until you join amway. They tell you that if your family doesn't support amway for you to distance yourself from your family. They will tell you if you are dead broke and only have enough money to pay your rent or spend it on tapes, they say buy the tapes because buying the tapes is an investment. It's a scam business. There are a few people who make money but you won't be it

  • Oh, well if you looked into his eyes then it must be true.

    You stupid bugger.

  • Okay let's get something straight for the record: Amway is made up of people. Fallible, yes, perfect no, etc etc. I have met Dexter Yager on more than one occasion and looked into his eyes. He believes in everything he says and it works. He did not get rich on just selling tools. Maybe later he made money and though I never asked him personally he may tell you that. Amway works. Just like anything else-you put into it what you get out of it.

  • Indeed. And by the way Amway now has a rule also for selling BSM materials. Amway is really a smart company.

Is this video from the 'Amway is dead' period?

If I could go back in time and tell the interviewer how big this business will be in the 21st century... :)

  • He didn't get rich in Amway. He got rich selling tools to people that he told people would make them rich

  • Yeah, right, because Amway lies about him being a Founders Crown Ambassador and having 60 FAA points xD

    You are an idiot :-)

  • @hnican I agree! 100% agree!

  • Mike wallace was being such a jerk
