i really love how they shaped this into the "hysteria" we know on the album. in the album the bass sounds way more meaty and drives way more tho i do love how they guitar sounds in this version and the backing vocals by chris!

This is what it would have sounded like if it was on Origin of Symmetry. Yes, its not as good as Absolution album version, but i agree with the earlier comment, the drums are great. :D

The drums are alot better in this one. The opening fill is just awsome.

I like it in this version that they focus a lot more on the hysteria signature riff aswell. I think that it dissapears a little too much in the present version.

Yet again, no.

It was just for Showbiz during the Demo and early Showbiz era, he used an Ibanez because of the harder sound of that song, thats it.

It's just like how Matt and Chris change guitars and basses inbetween songs to fit the sound, thats the only occasion he would use an Ibanez.

There was even an interview with Chris in 2002 saying he used an Ibanez to record the Pre-Showbiz demos because thats all he could afford.

It was never his "Choice of Bass", just clarifying.
