Last two primaries don't bear this out. He may as well pile up all the money he raised and set it on fire, it will get him more attention that it is right now. Iowa and New Hampshire both prove that the money he's raising is not turning into enough votes to win... John McCain just won New Hampshire despite raising less than Ron Paul. That's not opinion, that's fact now. Give it up people.
if people actually went out there and voted for paul, when it came down to a face off.. he would completely own the other candidate with solid logic and fact. it wouldn't even be much of a fight to be honest. Ron Paul is not against net neutrality. In fact, he hasn't come out on the position yet. Why has he said he's for or against it? Back up your claims with prrof. I can tell you what he IS against: the federal government being involved in regulating the internet at all. And guess what: if the fed gov't ever de-regulated net neutrality, Ron Paul would never let Congress say that the States could not leigislate it.
The only problem arising under net neutrality isn't about the transfer of data on the national or global level. The arising problem is about the services provided by ISPs at the local level--that is, the cable and phone companies that have a monopoly on the local infrastructure. That's an issue squarely in the scope of the State jurisdiction and not that of the federal government. You need to read up more about this topic.

I never said that Gravel or paul would win. But assuming that they won't because of being ineffective is absurd. Everyone has an effect of some kind. And if people truly won't vote for Ron Paul or Gravel because of that notion, they are horribly mistaken. As are you. Gravel and Paul won't win because they deviate heavily from the norm, and that is too much at once. Change doesn't work like that, as I've learned from management.

I can tell you what he IS against: the federal government being involved in regulating the internet at all. The arising problem is about the services provided by ISPs at the local level--that is, the cable and phone companies that have a monopoly on the local infrastructure. That's an issue squarely in the scope of the State jurisdiction and not that of the federal government. You need to read up more about this topic.

And as for "retreat here and fight here" you obviously don't live in a city that is having a "little mexico" built in it. We have plenty of problems right here in America. We have no reason to be out trying to police the world. It is painfully obvious to anyone with eyes, ears and a brain that our foreign is the laughing stock of the world. Only they are not laughing. They are trying to kill us because of it.

Again, war has been declared on us and Ron Paul has no plan to deal with it. Period. If so, show link. Our enemy will return if we elect a retreater.
As for little Mexico, you sound as racist as a 1900s French-American in Philadelphia who hated the Irish/Italian immigrants. Perhaps your candidate should focus on legislation to rid us of illegal immigrats, not opposing "Little Mexicans" that came here legally or on Bush's efforts to fight terror over there.

Mo, Ron Paul speaks truth to power and you know it. If we never meddled in the Middle East's affairs, we wouldn't have any problems with them, and gas prices would be so much lower. You still speak the sickening rhetoric of Mr. Bush, which has been proven to mean absolutely nothing. That crap of "They will follow us home" or as you say, "our enemy will return" is so stupid and becoming disgustingly generic.

He has one percent because the media is trying to shun him. He has been the shining star of every debate and I can assure you that his supporters are real people. Stop blaming the media. It is Ron Paul's fault that he ran & got 1%, not CNN.
Now I assure you that I would support pro-life Paul over Rudy. But Thompson, Brownback, and Gingrich are better choices that can follow in Reagan's footsteps, uniting fiscal & social conservatives, and carrying 49 states on a far right agenda. Again, you don't have to pander, you must have a plan. You have failed to dispute the facts: Ron Paul has no plan.

Wanting the supreme court to ignore the 14th Amendment and allow states to pass whatever oppressive laws they want is NOT "a freedom message". And neither is wanting abortion to be made illegal. Paul is full of bullshitt.
