I've personally been at a conference on poverty where in one of the break-out sessions, one lady labeled the U.S. military the enemy...some in the room denied she said it until others agreed with me and said they heard it. The woman apologized during the break as did Matthews on the next night's show.

It is kind of like this-10 yrs of service-you get up way early-work way late(not always but enough times to say the military is not for lazy people) and the Army expects a lot from its officers. Saying this at West Point they wake up way early-physichal training, classes, reading and writing papers, standing duty, as well as the Jr's and Sr's quite often holding court at night as they are training and lets not forget-inspections.That was not a hostile crowd but a crowd who would rather be asleep

I've personally been at a conference on poverty where in one of the break-out sessions, one lady labeled the U.S. military the enemy...some in the room denied she said it until others agreed with me and said they heard it. The woman apologized during the break as did Matthews on the next night's show.

Those east Anglia emails prove that the temperature readings where being hidden and that they were quote "hiding the decline".
It's been cooling.
And a 20% tax on carbon output won't help with anything other than killing production.
Temperture goes up followed by carbon dioxide going up.
Carbon is good. Gas guzzlers are good.

Try investigating what the "nature trick" and "hiding the decline" actually mean before assuming that you can apply everyday language to scientific discussion. Also try refining your understanding of ecology before accepting arguments like "plants are good, plants breath CO2, therefore CO2 is good." See Logic 101

Evidence suggests global climate change is occurring at unprecedented levels and it is likely that man is having a significant negative influence. I am not, nor do I claim to be an expert on this and defer to the opinion of genuine experts however given that no one could possibly know for sure who is right, do we then err on the side of caution or catastrophy?
My claim here is that these emails are a well orchestrated strawman.
