Nice video! Isn't it hot to be parked out there all day? Part of the job I suppose! Where once there was desert there is now houses, thank goodness for the Hoover Dam!:)
I would not have that house even if it was for FREE! And that is the TRUTH! It does not have a swimming pool! Just kidding! I think that house would be a form of slavery! So therefore I am not interested. Plus utilities, taxes, repairs and dusting and on and on. Not even for free! lol
Nice video. I've enjoyed them so far. Those coins are nice. Do you collect? I always thought that would be a cool hobby. Good luck in all you do! You definately look happy!
Thank you for commenting. I only have one of the coins. The novelty has worn off. But it is a real conversational item. I kept the pics I liked and the bad ones were deleted immediately! Good formula! Please come back often.
Funny! What you saw was carpet padding! lol They are extra conservative with the final color though. I bet you would be in SHOCK to see the houses in Mexico! Like a box of crayolas. Mostly pastels! Variety is the spice of life. lol
Build it and they will come! :-) How is the real estate market there? In a slump here in California! I wonder how quickly they will actually sell those house? Thanks for the look around! I love seeing what they are building these days. :-)
The market is slumping a little here from all they gave to people that did not qualify! But they are still building as fast as they can. Nice homes! Strokes the ego! Thanks for visiting.
Those are really nioe homes, but I'm not so sure I'd want to have the job of guarding them. Isn't it hot and boring to you? After doing the casino's and such, this seems like it would be boring to you. Anyway, I loved the video. All your video's are great! :) Love ya Rex!
Have a wonderful day filled with smiles & sunshine!
To beat the boredom is one of the reasons I started using the camera so much. It really helped out. The more efficient I was helped to releive the boredom also. I learned to cope with it. Hurry back!
At the smoke shop I asked for Cuban cigars. That is what they gave me. They are made in the Dominican Republic as I remember. The name is on the cigar wrapper. They were a bit too strong for me. Threw away half of them after about 6 months. I am around a LOT of airline pilots. Very nice people. Stewardess are ok too! lol (very lonely people)
You are welcome. I asked about the cigar bcause I couldn't make it out well in the vid (check my eyesight, right?), not that I'll buy any after your description. :-) I'm trying to quit, anyway. :-O That's why I threw a fit Sat., anyway (not on YouTube, but I should've video-ed it, it would've been funny seeing me throw eggs on the floor).
That coolpix is ready for the trash can! It was a big mistake! Formatted for Quicktime video only! I was pricing cameras today! That camera has been a major pain for me!!! lol
3 bedrooms most of the time and 2 to 2 1/2 on bathrooms depending. They are for growing families and investors. Maybe you and I would be happier with a smaller condo at swanksville with a guarded gate entrance. No maintenence. Try 150k for that.
Goodie goodie, that sounds good to me! The coin is a Chinese Panda 1 oz. gold. I used to carry it for good luck. Now it is in the bottom of a drawer somewhere. I call it eye candy! I bought it for $300 but the price has gone up since then.
Another great video! They are building everywhere in this valley, aren't they? When my daughter and son in law had their home built in Summerlin--they were the last row of houses. Not anymore!!! The entire area kept expanding--as you well know. Take care!~Moonchime

To me you could pass for an airplane pilot in the first of that vid. What kind of cigar is that and is it a big-ol'stanky thang?
I like the element you bring to youtube. You see what most of us don't. 5 stars.

I think it was Cohiba or something close to that. I think they dry out easily, etc. I do not recommend the cigars. lol
