Fighting for a title that's actually Chagaev, because Chagaev actually beat UNDEFEATED Nicolay Valuev, when Valuev was in top shape and in his prime! Also Chagaev has never ever lost apart from the time he got in the ring with Klitschko(june 20th) when Haye crapped himself out of the Klitschko fight!

Also Haye won by robbery against a paper champ because Valuev never won back the title!
