For all of you people who can't pass this boss, here's a little guide:

In the beginning Kingpin (I like to call 'Phase 1'), use your Cufflink Bombs on him. And on the rest of the boss, SPAM YOUR BOW-TIE-A-RANGS LIKE HELL! Just make sure you have/bought an Emergency PDA to get Maximum ammo whenever needed.

@SonicFreeColors1234 also, you may want to jump while attacking when Nefarious or whatever throws down those triangular-multipier things. I may post a video of me defeating Klunk, but it might take awhile since I re-started the game after the boss battle(I didn't do a COMPLETE restart, I kept my weapons).

@horill123 you should use the mine launcher and the walloper and last but not least the dual lacerators. with those,you can easily beat the cellblock,cafeteria and exercise yard.
