  • I went through such situations. I can not blame him because I know very well how horrible the feeling of guilt and despair.

  • Whoops!

  • @Megablab no ballast best ..or youll chance dubbel load ones on ship ..should of hoverd in closes see all so how they he keep lifting rigger-jib controler should of done a stop.spot. check. ant a lift i seen my dad do with out one

  • Wow! Look at the tire explosion!

  • That dude might now be collecting unemployment

  • operator error?

  • should of held the waight....wired im saying it twice to night

im son of a good shead worker of more than 20+ years to populated rigger should took more room and safty cuk the bose or who every

  • You can see the boat in the back ground is starting to tip as it's crane tries to lift the mobile crane. The load was to far out for the boat crane to lift it or need to have correct ballast.

  • it woulda been funnier if the crane that dropped it fell on the other crane....

  • lol @ at that guy holding onto the rope for a second, like hes gonna try to pull it back

  • Yip bloody rigger!!

  • @puffrooster I didn't see a failure of the crane. I saw a failure of rigging.

  • oops!

  • The guy holding the rope thought he had a chance of saving it for a second.

  • @BNVK if only BNVK had goten a life instead of making idiodic comments on youtube, the world would be a better place :p

  • Stupid foreigners always pulling off some gay ass shenanigans.

  • The crane used for lifting the mobile-crane is only supposed to be used for containers, pipe, lifts of lumber and related commodities, not heavy equipment. There should have been a big red circle with a slash and a silhouette of a tractor on the load chart. That crane weighs 40k kilos at least! How could they not know this; what country is this?

  • @puffrooster It says "Portugal".

  • @trinketbox1 Oh thanks, I see that now. I never bother to read the video descriptions but I guess I will start...

  • The Fonze at 0:42

  • I believe James May would say something along the lines of:

    Oh cock.

  • Driver: fuck i spilt my coffie

  • Seen it coming! They rigged the chains wrong. The boom is the heaviest part of the crane. I am not saying I know how to rig this job, but I could tell it wasn't right. If I was the operator, I wouldn't have tried the pick.

  • Thats why your not supposed to lift the crane, the crane is supposed to lift you...

  • ale urwał....

  • the guy in the jeans and white pullover was just passing through when someone asked him if he wanted to do something cool...

  • стропальщику дать пизды

  • how ironic, a crane dropping a crane.......

  • @93hopeless Makes me think of the Coriolis effect, But there are no mirrors!

  • Crane:Snap

    Operator:who gives a damn...

    Concrete: f### you!!

  • i wish the bloody guy with the camera held the shot instead of being a wimp

  • @Videographer1234567 Lets see you do it hero, I bet you would be peeing in your panties!

  • @skatecubed I used to work in the motorsport industry as a cameraman so I know how to stand still AND GET THE SHOT while race cars crashed around me.

  • @Videographer1234567 sure..........

  • Notice the crane operator was not watching when it started to fall. Makes you wonder if he was hitting the buttons too far, also if he had been watching... he might have lowered it faster so it didn't fall so hard or sideways. This is why you NEVER get under these things, and should keep your eye on it at all times when you are the one controlling it.

  • send it to my yard, il have it fixed in no time. however Id charge you £1000 an hour for you to hire it, and then I want it back after 14 days. otherwise its a fixed penalty charge of +£10000 including bank of englands set (and agreed) interest limit which is compounded periodically. (adjusted for inflation)

  • I guess its broken now

  • que cagada

  • that will buff right out...

  • Poor crane =/

Next time put a platform under !

  • No winners here

  • Wow

  • why couldnt justin bieber have been under that when it fell :(

  • @jonnyrjonny . If only jonnyjonny could have been under the crane when it fell and badly crashed, Youtube would be a safer place with less utterly worthless comments.

  • @BNVK nobody who likes real music likes justin bieber or any of that pop crap.

  • @jonnyrjonny random comment...

  • @jonnyrjonny What does Justin Bieber have to do with this video? That is a twisted thought.

  • oopsie!

  • tava na cara que ia dá merda

  • wow

  • ingenieros????????

  • That stuffed that,,,,, and someone had to tell the boss.

  • вот бля сборище долбаёбов... Нужно увольнять всех, вплоть до директора этой шараги!

  • money money money.........

  • D:

  • and they didnt see that come 5 seconds before come on really oh its just leaning over a lot thats definitely normal

  • '

why use cable to pick up lift up for,,,

use a ramp is the best than cable

  • O.K. there go our insurance rates.

  • 40-41 sec the tire pops and blows dust everywhere lol

  • Can I see the carfax?

  • Improperly rigged.

  • They didnt pin the out rigger and the choker on right front was too long so it slid on outrigger cutting choker

  • you can tell the thing starts to twist right away.. also those idiots are way to close...you wonder why your country is in default..bunch of fail bots over there

  • pussy ass crane

  • the boss is gona be pissed!

  • banana on the ground

  • heard a snap, then a crackle, and finally........POP!!! LOoL! clean up on aisle 5!

  • only in portugal

  • How much is that gonna set you back bro?

  • 500.00 0euro schrott ,toll

  • Chuck Norris could lift that crane

  • @JSZstudios fuck chuck norris .....its old now

  • the guy with the rope pulled 2 hard

  • Well ..... There's your problem !!!

  • the first couple of loud sounds was enough to give it away that something was not right.

  • Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • guy at 0:42, "it'll all buff out."

  • The men took to their heels!

  • LOL that was loud as shit, nj ripping the outriggers.....out.

  • Rodney, you plonker.

  • should buff right out....

  • It must not be good to hook up to the outriggers.

  • ПИЗДА РУЛЮ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • well you know what they need now don't you......... a crane

  • Yes it's fucked!

  • It looks as if they were using the outriggers on the crane that were partly extended out as lifting points. The wire ropes then look to have slipped out along the out riggers until physics took over and finished the job.

  • A crane picking up a crane... INGENIOUS!

  • What went wrong, were the cables not set right? Too heavy for crane? Damn!!

  • @stiffdanny It sounded like metal fatigue most likely at the connectors on the vehicle that the crane was attached to. Not sure, though.

  • Lol Hard hat would keep your hair in place I guess.... However, your head would be shoved down your neck lmao

  • they cradled the crane with 2 cables but when it got to the top ( right before flipping) the wind pushed up on the right side top of crane while the crane doing the lifting was pulling the cradled crane to the ship , which caused the cradled crane to barrel roll to the left side and then fell to the ground.

  • 0:40 tire explosion!

  • Nothing a little bondo won't fix.

  • Fall down go boom.

  • Holy shit that was scary!

  • Wait, was the instruction manual in metric? or....

  • 1 owner, Clean title, clean carfax

  • BWAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAAAAAAAAA aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaa!!!!

  • Smooth..

  • Er boogaly boo

  • Did you see that boat listing against the pier? Pull that crane closer next time... oh wait! You won't 'cause you're fired.

  • Feckin Mexicans.

  • Who ever did the rigging isn`t getting paid ...

  • Voilà ce qu'il arrive quand on n'est pas foutu d'élinguer correctement. Deux élingues, c'est sur qu'elles allaient coulissé sur le bras. 4 élingues étaient nécessaires, deux porteuses et deux stabilisatrices.

  • Why is a crane lifting a crane?

  • @umhmmidontknow The cranes doing the lifting are on a ship. They are loading the crane onto the ship.

  • @venturadave nope...just funny.

  • Oh caralhos!

  • NO there wasn't a fault in the legs...they aren't for lifting, they're for stabilizing the crane during a lift. They are too low for a lifting point.

Since the crane is top heavy, it rotated.

There must be lifting lugs higher up.

  • I like how the worker holding the tag line try's to help the situation for a second, while everyone else is running for cover. And they are picking it up by the outriggers because that's the way your suppose to those normally hold the entire weight of the crane and whatever it is lifting, there was obviously a fault in one of them.

  • For sale, Used Crane. Needs minor work, Handy mans special.

  • @BABIAM thats awesome!!

  • Someone lost their job

  • Just hope the owner doesn't see this video

  • whose idea was it to lift it by the stands

  • wow!!!! all i have to say is wow

  • that is scary shit

  • well now these dumbasses can put it on in 2 pieces. It is lighter that way.

  • if the load is heavy enough the cables can actually rip a person in half if they hit a body after snapping..they're that tight.

  • @SPIDER just like in ghost ship

  • "It wasn't me."

  • Comment removed

  • That blows

  • that rigging was stupid,, it just rolled inside the straps

  • well I gess thay did not do the math on that lift!!

  • Shit man, I told yo ass them bungie cords weren't gonna work!!

  • No longer N-Rigging but Portugese-Rigging.

  • Ha ha

  • Don't try this at home, kids!

  • Funny yet sad at the same time

  • Wow not so professional...call sinchew woodpaq

  • Whooooops,,better call Chuck Norris,,he`ll sit that right back up for ya..

  • Whats an Italian boat captain doing running a crane?

  • @popsflying Please do not generalize. You can't put every italian in the same basket because of a single individual.

In fact, it only shows the roughness of your thoughts to the world.

  • @conodigrom And it's also called a joke.

  • @popsflying stop that being bad.

  • Comment removed

  • b101uk is correct, they used ONLY 2 lifting cables, each cable connected to one side of the (dropped) crane, up and through the lifting bar, then down to the other side, allowing the top heavy load to shift to the right. They should have used 4 lifting cables, one to each corner of the load

  • 00:40 exploding wheel

  • Ripped the outrigger clean out. Ouch. Cheap crane. Needs few repairs. Lol.

  • o kurwa ale urwał

  • That is the standard place to larger mobile crane’s as generally that is one of the few handy/easy place that is strong enough, the mistake stevedores made was instead of uses 4 individual hawser or chain etc as the should have for a top heavy load (vs. lifting point) they use 2 hawser’s doubled up threw the lifting beam to give 4 lifting points, thus allowing the load to rotate as the hawser’s slide threw its connection to the lifting beam.

  • brain bucket

  • Ouch!!!!!

  • Was kostet das ungefär

  • oops

  • I love how "SERGE" just walks in like Kilgore in Apocalypse Now, and flicks the wrist and says "..

  • oops

  • hope this does not happen again lol i live here

  • And the steel cap boots

  • is the concrete ok??????????????

  • Good thing they had their hard hats on...... LOL

  • Please, read catalogs before doing that again.

  • Sorry you don't get a prize, try again.

  • At least they were using a tagline

  • improper hook points, cranes have special holes to hook up on, not the legs, dummies

  • 9 dead 0 injured

  • good work men.

  • Bet you the crane operator needed to change undies after this!

  • Anyone else see that little gecko wearing a white hardhat making a break for it just after the crane hit the deck?

  • i wonder if it had something to do with that sound at 0:21

  • FUCK...ING...HELL :O

  • that one spare tire might come in handy

  • gonna need a bigger crane i think.

  • that'll buff right out

  • @6y298
