Is there footage from the camera that filmed him from a straight angle? When I watched this live, you could see the board slide away down from his back foot. He was almost surfing backwards when he was covered up. It looked like he had wiped out, then he came shooting out of the tube. No one else in the world can do this. Slater deserved that 10.

Sorry, but I dont think this tube was that special to get a 10, not that deep, and not that long, but of course, it got slater in it ;)

@echofloripa From a better anghe you can see hes board is sliding down the face and he took a big drop looking like he about about to bail.. but he keeps balance.. gets fair tube time.. comes out and stuns everyone.. of course he deserved 10!
