Goalkeepers can take freekicks or penalties, most dont obviously because its usually the strikers or attacking mids that are the best at these things, some goalkeepers are very good at them usually because they played in another position when they were younger or just have a good shot. Chilavert was a goalkeeper from Paraguay who scored loads of freekicks and penalties
