  • Thank you for posting this, really helped with my GL4/5 revision

  • for real geologist who are watching this: the "dip" of a fold is actually called the plunge. the "strike and dip" mesurements he refers to at around 13 minutes refer to bedding

  • @metfan89 methinks you are wrong.. plunge is the same as pitch and refers to inclination of the strike.. look it up.. i did.

  • @smithdizzy78 if your talking about pitch and rake then you're correct. however i was refering to plunge of the fold axis, not bedding or a lineation/foliation. so we are both correct. in my opinion strike and dip is a much better way measuring structures.
