This is the method I use to remove my contact lenses :-) I use my index finger for the top lid and my thumb for the bottom so I only need to use one hand, though. My friend once watched me take out my lenses like this and it really freaked her out - LOL!

@jalene150 No, it will not work with hard contact lenses as those WILL NOT be able to bend or flex like soft contact lenses. The only way to take those ones out is to either use a suction rubber tube thing that should come with it or slowly let it drop out by moving around your eye and wriggling it.

@jalene150 i'd recommend wearing them for 4 hrs a day fer 2 days, 6 hours a day for 2 more days, 8 hrs the next 2 days, 10 hrs the nxt 2 days, and from tht point on, ur eyes wud've been used to them, so u could be wearing them fer as long as u want without any headaches within a week and a half or so
