how about the lake of fire is transforming so that all things are restored to the one? "i am" exists in total. there is no "i am NOT". i think there is something missing; the reconciliaton of all things as mentioned in chapter 1 of ephesians.
i understand that "hell" in the bible is either "hades" (which can be unerstood to mean the unknown) or "sheol" (the grave). Since Death and Hell are cast into the lake of fire (in Revelation), and fire by nature is transforming, given that no matter is created nor destroyed... i like to look at this prophetic revelation illustrating a way in which allthings are restored and reconciled.
