airbags aren't meant to deploy on a side impact like that (unless there's side airbags) saying that I went head on into a barrier and nothing happened either!

my new car can have the airbag in the front switched off, so babies can sit there!

Real airbags don't deploy at that slow of a crash.

And very few airbag deaths occur in 1998+ cars compared to <1998 cars. In the US, at least.

Airbags not only hurt or kill children, but can give you a nasty burn-I learned in my chemistry class that airbags deploy when a sodium/nitrogen compound decomposed (breaks apart) so the white powder in your car is powdered sodium, which reacts violently with water (moisture on your skin) and burns like the dickens!
