@GotGuushy Its not if you don't know how and you can't do it right and whenever you try your scarf looks like an old dish rag and you keep missing loops and holes invade your imperfect weaving and you lose on of your knitting needles and then the baby grabs ahold of the string and unravels a week of work in a matter of minutes and then your frustrated as hell and you throw the knitting across the room and that feels pretty good until you decide you're going to try to knit a scarf again.

you did

100 + 100 + 100 + 50 =350

350 / 5 = 70

it should be

60 + 60 + 60 + 30 = 210

210 / 5 = 42

Marathons of the 2007 Brotherhod 2.0 videos got me through a really tough first term at uni. Now I'm only a couple of terms away from graduating, and so much happier . . . you guys are awesome. It's difficult to overestimate the impact the nerdfighters have had on my family in the last couple of years :)

Because......

60X3(for the 3 minutes, 60 seconds each),=180, + the other 30 seconds = 210 seconds. 210/5 seconds (for each 5 second happy dance in a different place)=42.

Or am I doing the math wrong?

Backwards, that would mean.....

42 clips multiplied by 5 seconds each equals 210 seconds. 210 second divided by 60 seconds (equals a minute) equals 3.5 minutes, which is 3:30.

no i think he's doing it with 350 minutes, which is supposedly three minutes (300) and half of a minute (50). But you're right, 3 minutes is 180+30 which is a half is 210, divided by 5 is 42.
