If you don't think the Equinox is good, speak to the engineers who built this car that start's at only 22k, get's 32 miles per gallon hwy, better than your everyday Japanese mid-sized crossover, and have you ever seen the interior of this crossover? This vehicle is much better than this video shows. Once they are in the dealers, go and have a look. I work where they are made and they are truly very nice. They are not big by any means and are not supposed to be. It is a midsize CUV. I like what we are making now but really like this one. Lots of new features and gadgets and more comfortable.

Hmm 30mpg, thats a big step up from the current model. 24-30 highway. Thats alot. Wonder if they are going to change the 3.4l v6 to some wimpy i4 or something similar. Edge is a nice car. For 2010 the Equinox will have a 2.4L 182 HP four cylinder with an optional 3.0L 255 HP V6. My dad has an '08 Equinox Sport with a 3.6L DOHC VVT V6 rated at 264 HP. Drives excellent. Love the optional 6 speed auto it is equipped with. He gets about 21-22 MPG City, 26-28 HWY. Drives real conservatively though. Never guns it or anything. The 3400 pushrod V6 engine was terrible. Manufactured in Shanghai China too (The old 3400 engine, that is) believe it or not.

Yea i like it, the venza is a copy cat but it comes with an i4 standard while the edge has the v6 standard, and they both start at the same price. Hmm those are good numbers, I have never owned an i4, i always opt for the bigger engines but thats cuz i lease and am a manager at ford and they have special deals on leases so im not throwing my money away as others say leases are. Always a v6 or v8. the 3400 was in the equinox ur dad has? I got confused at the end.

No, he's got the Equinox Sport, it has a 3.6L V6 with DOHC and VVT. Same engine that's in the base Camaro and CTS and base STS. Just a great car to drive around. I think Chevrolet has a winner with the Equinox, especially the 2010 lineup. I don't think the Traverse and Equinox can be beat, throw the Malibu in there and I think you've got three of the best cars on the market. I really hope people realize that and buy these things! Ford's 2010 lineup is impressive as well.

Oh wow, that thing must cruise. Yea those are both great cars and i think the malibu looks very nice. The front grill looks so nice imo but the back im not too crazy about. I really like the new fusion, edge, f150, 2010 taurus, and the flex are all great cars. Im gunna have a hard time choosing my next lease in a few months the new mustang looks sweet, im not too crazy about the camaro, looks too plasticy for me. Im waiting for the 5.0l 4v engine to be put in the 2010 f150 and 2011 mustang gt
