I don't know about where you come from, but where I live the bones in the neck are considered part of the spine. Also The Phantom Punch is the punch that knocked out Lister in the second Ali-Lister fight. It is debatable that the'Phantom Punch' actually even touched its target. Even Ali didn't know if it hit.
