I don't know how many innocent lives it takes to educate, as well as ban all form of distracted driving; whether it'd be on the phone, eating, reading, texting, painting toe nails it should all be outlawed. What difference does it make if people cannot keep their eyes on the road. As bad as intoxicated drivers.

my french teacher told me that she was on the freeway and this woman was going like 20, 30 mph cuz she was holding a phone and texting. then my teachers like whats so important that you have to do that on the road esp. in the freeway.
