Just to use a huge fishtank, put it through a wall and put a little piece of white wall into the half of it, so that it looks like its a little tank. When he covers up the tank this little piece gets raised up and the girl can appear, - she was in the tank before, so the water stays in...

Its not a camera trick you mugs, its very simple, keep an eye on the wall inside the tank before she appears, you will see its a dark colour, the tank is clearly double the length and goes into the wall, on cue, she swims to the front and they put a cover on to blend the wall in.
