Not entirely. Drew Ryan Scott's name is on the back of the Starstruck Soundtrack cd listed as 'vocals' so he did something. I'm almost positive Sterling sung something, either his voice was mixed or whatever.

Sterling didn't have enough time to learn the songs because originally Cody Linley was supposed to be the lead part but because he decided to do a different movie Sterling replaced him. Sterling does sing the song Starstruk though.

If you look at his tweets far enough back you will see where he has said "at the studio rockin some starstruck" and "chyeah pick up the starstruck soundtrack when it comes out. you'll hear yours truely"
