That's a GREAT VIDEO! i'll be racing the IronMan France 2011 in one month.....your video is inspiring and kind of scary at the same time.....it scared the hell out of me...this SUN oh my god...if you have any advices...thank you so much for posting your story! it's awesome! congratulations!

iWestWing it was a spacer that helps the wheel fit in correctly on the back wheel.

hey you 2, go for it, i did manage to finish....just. the Highlands of scotland is no place to train for Nice. I puked all through the bike and run but finished in 15hrs.
you will do it, i fancy another crack at it now.

Great video I was there but didn't finish due to the extreme temperaure and the lack of food and water at the feed stations. I am going to try again in 2009 unfinished business for me.
