  • Natalia used to teach at Camden Gymnastics and her daughter Sasha trained there also.

  • She is a fabulous gymnast. Just beautiful. If only her landings could have been a little better.

  • SHE IS NOT A WEAK BAR SWINGER.... Lets see you do that!

  • Agreed. She did a Shaposhnikova, for christsake. That element takes tremendous control of swing.

  • I agree....she was not a weak bar swinger at all! She had a Dakatchev...is that an easy skill these days or am I missing out on sumthing?!! She still had a great routine and did very well!!

  • this routine had some creative transitions and some nice release moves. it had a crappy dismount and for that reason deserved a 9.8

  • she is sooo short and light-weighted, but she is sooo graceful! i love her!

  • Do you think she is weak? Not the best at that Olympics but pretty much up there I think. The following year when she sorted out her landing on an easier dismount and had more punch in her releases she would score much higher - I think a 10.00 in the AA at Worlds.

  • How many bars workers these days can do a giant and keep their legs completely glued together. All that, and she hits her handstands, and does one of the most difficult dismounts at those games (moreso that Silivas'). There is difficulty embedded in every skill in a gymnast's routine. Don't overlook. She was far from a weak swinger.
