The only real example I can find is in 2009 when Hamas tried to use them against the IDF, but seemed to be either duds or the IFF (Identity friend or foe) made them useless.
Since the CIA offers to buy each missile for 1/4 of a million, this drives up the price on the black market so most go for the plentiful, reliable and CHEAP soviet designs like SA-14 (Strela-3) or SA-18 (Igla).
